Tropical Forests – The ride may take travelers slightly inland through patches of tropical dry forest, with chances to see wildlife like howler monkeys, iguanas, and birds. 4. 5.00We did the morning tour which was great as the beaches were pretty much empty! Our guide was wonderful and even got our horses to a canter/light gallop which was so much fun! Our kids are 20, 18, and 13 and they all had a blast! Afterwards we went to soda brasilito for an authentic breakfast, also highly recommend as it’s walking distance from the start/stop point.

5.00Great experience with Ricardo! We stayed at the Westin Conchal and he met us on the beach right outside the hotel. My 8 year old had never been on a horse before—the whole family had a great time!

5.00Went with my husband for our anniversary. We had so much fun! Nicole was great! Traveling here for the first time and was worried but Nicole put us at ease. It was my husband’s first time riding and he was very comfortable. Also don’t let the text message with parking instructions the day before worry you like it did for me…it’s completely normal to tip someone to watch your car here. Everything is very legit!

5.00There are so many horseback riding options it can be tough to figure out where to go, but just happened on this tour and couldn’t be more HAPPY! Outstanding!! Location is perfect, did 1 hour, midday and everything was great. Jeffrey, our guide was amazing. Took tons of photos for us, mix of trail, forest and beautiful beaches. Communication leading up to tour was outstanding, left us with very instructions on meetup point etc. We booked night before and so happy we did! It was a great way to see Conchal and surrounding beaches to get the layout and plan rest of our day, too!
Riding horses on the beach is a dream come true!

5.00Our family loved riding horses with Nicole along the beach from Brasilito to Playa Conchal. The horse were well behaved and clearly well-loved by Nicole and her team. She shared her knowledge of the history of the area and the natural environment. We had a lovely experience and felt like we made a friend in the process! 5.00My friend and I haven’t been on a horse in years so this tour was perfect for beginners. It was easy and we rode our horse on the beach and on a trail. Learned about all the wildlife. We both wore shorts and it didn’t hurt our legs. Definitely wear closed shoes (water shoes are perfect).
I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone looking for a memorable and family-friendly adventure!
