• Five Stars Isn’t Enough — A Truly Exceptional Birthday Experience

  We booked a full-day private catamaran sailing out of Playa Panama to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it became the absolute highlight of our trip. If you’re staying anywhere in Guanacaste Province, this is truly a must-do experience. From the moment we were picked up, everything felt thoughtful, relaxed, and perfectly paced. We sailed north along the coast, tucking into beautiful coves and bays for breathtaking views and snorkeling. The weather, water, and scenery were all stunning. Clem and Michelle were gracious and attentive hosts, striking the perfect balance between engaging with us and allowing us to fully enjoy our time at sea. Carlos, one of the crew members, was incredibly knowledgeable — sharing local facts, wildlife insights, and cultural context that made the day feel immersive. Snorkeling with him was a highlight: we saw sea turtles, eels, puffer fish, trumpet fish, and even monkeys along the shoreline. The food and drinks exceeded expectations — welcome cocktails and fresh fruit, fresh guac and chips, oven-fired pizza, great cocktails (plus beer), and music that perfectly matched the laid-back, sunny-on-the-water vibe. The true “wow” moment was celebrating my partner’s birthday at sunset. Clem and Michelle helped me coordinate decorations and even arranged a beautiful cake from a local baker, timed perfectly for sunset — an unforgettable memory. We enjoyed this experience so much that we already know we’ll be booking it again when we return to Costa Rica. Highly recommend for couples or small groups looking for a truly special, immersive day on the water.

  This was a fabulous experience for my husband and I. The perfect mix of luxury sailing, great home-cooked food, drinks and wildlife. I would recommend the full day experience for a relaxed tour of some great beaches and reef. Michelle and Clem are wonderful hosts and the crew member Carlos was instrumental in our snorkelling experience and finding some monkeys and turtles!

  We had a private half day tour with Captain Clem, Carlos and Michelle. They were knowledgeable, timely and professional. We had stops for snorkeling and swimming as well as to explore a lagoon. Food/ drinks were great.

  Clem, Michelle, and Carlos made sure everything was perfect for our full day of activities. Everything was so thoughtful and delicious. My kids (11 and 8) said “it was the best day ever”. Michelle prepared the most delicious spread of food, including cheese and fresh fruit, guacamole, and finally chicken, potatoes, an pizza. Snorkeling we saw some of the most beautiful beaches and sea life. Sunset was stunning. 1000% recommend this trip!

  Best catamaran trip ever. We did the morning option and it was truly perfect from start to finish. They welcomed us with fresh juice and took us out on the water while sharing just the right amount of history and information—interesting without talking our heads off. The mixed drinks were so delicious, and we had an amazing snorkeling experience where we even saw sea turtles! After that, they took us to another beach—the ride was incredibly smooth, peaceful, and relaxing. They served us a homemade lunch (pizza with homemade pesto) that was unbelievably good. The playlist was absolutely perfect too—an upbeat house/jazz mix that matched the vibe flawlessly. I can’t recommend this experience enough. They took incredible care of us and created such a thoughtful, memorable day on the water. If you’re considering booking—do it.

  We had the most perfect day sailing with Clem and Michelle. Easy pick up from our hotel and then we were immediately spoiled with fresh fruit and incredible drinks. We did some super amazing snorkeling (saw HUGE sea turtles) and explored some very private beaches. The day was so well planned that we were just able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely the best way to explore the peninsula with the best food and service! Would definitely book again.

  We loved this private tour so much! Perfect for a couple or maybe two. We got to do a snorkel stop at a private beach. We had a fruit platter, guacamole, & a pizza made on board which were all incredible. Would recommend!!

  Clem and Michelle were great! They accomated a late booking request, took our group of four out for a wonderful 4.5 hour trip. They were extremely nice, prepared us delicious drinks, fresh snaks and some wonderful pizza. We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon cruise, snorkled, and returned to an amazing sunset while seeing some dolphins and mantas. We would highly reccomend checking them out, especially if you don't want to be packed in on a crowded boat. A good price for a private tour.

  Wonderful experience with our family. We were able to see sea turtles while snorkeling. We also saw a pod of dolphins from the boat. The food was fantastic and the crew very warm and welcoming.
