Day 01- Zhangjiajie national forest park(Tianzi mountian, Yuanjiajie, Bailong elevator)
Tianzi Mountain
our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby in the morning . please always bring your passport as all ticets are booked your name. Tianzi means “Heavenly Prince”. Mt.Tianzi is an area for the hero of Tujia Minority, who commands local to fight with government army in Ming Dynasty. The scenic spots here are combined with stories and legends of this fate-selected prince of Heaven. Visually, the view is different from other parts of park: the peaks are much thinner and sharper, since it’s has the biggest opening platform, we can definitely experience the most spectacular view of sandstone peak forest in this park. and it’s one of the highlights in Zhangjiajie Scenic Area.
It’s one of the highlighted area in ZJJ National Park chosen to be the main background of the Movie: Avatar. No wonder,it becomes the most popular spot for all people. the peaks here are bigger in size, the view is close, fantastic too. Moreover, there is a World Highest Sightseeing Elevator (326m) which’s regarded as a big controversy existing against UNESCO, but It does bring an much easier way for going up to Yuanjiajie than spending 3.5 hours’ crazy trek on 9000 steps. The only problem for Yuanjiajie is ,in busy season, it would be unavoidably crowded.
BaiLong Elevator
Bailong Elevator is also known as Hundred Dragons Elevator. The elevator is located in the World Heritage site Wulingyuan Scenic Area. It took a mere three years to build this architectural marvel.
Glass Bridge-Tianemn mountain
Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge
This bridge is not only the highest, but also the longest glass bridge in the world. It is not for the faint-hearted. (the Glass bridge is built between two mountains of zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, it is 375 meters long and 6meters wide. With a height of 300meters from bottoms) .
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
Tianmen mountain, appearing as the ”New Legend Of Zhangjiajie “, is the highest spot (1518.6m) in the whole Zhangjiajie area. The landscape there is totally different from, meanwhile, at the same level as the ZJJ national Park. Both are world-class scenery. Unbelievably, this single mountain holds 4 World Guinness Records in its small body. and any of them will be overwhelmingly impressive to the traveler of any type. we will experience a 7.5 km’s cable way ride , sky walk , 999 steps and 99 curves Tongtian Road.

5.00The Tour was amazing! We saw so many different places in all there glory and beauty. The guide was so good. Winnie told us so many different and amazing facts about Zhangjiajie. They reached from ages ago till today. She allways asked us if we want to do that or that. This made it very short lasting and super fun. In my opinion there would be no better guide for this tour.

5.00I originally intended to travel independently, but time was too tight, and the scenic area routes were rather complicated. Eventually, I chose this travel agency。 as expected， it was a pleasant surprise. The travel agency arranged things very well。 The scenic spots were well arranged, and it wasn't too crowded. It was a delightful trip.I was extremely lucky to have met a very good tour guide. I think this is very important. A professional tour guide will enable you to fully explore the scenic spots within a limited time, rather than just having a cursory look. Our guide is Lulu， One of the best tour guides I have seen so far. she is enthusiastic and knowledgeable ，I learned a lot from her . She helps me a lot. 5.00Booked a 3xday Zhangjiajie experience for a family of 7 – 2 elderly parents, 4 teens & myself. Venus our English speaking tour guide was extremely accomodating, friendly & had a cheery nature. Being a local she knew which walks to avoid the crowds, give us tips on lining up for a bus, line up on our behalf to fast track our park entry tickets and for what my family and I would always be grateful is the night we nearly didn't get our flight to Xian and where Venus' amazing conversing skills with the airport staff managed to get us onto our flight! Thank-you Venus - you are a true testament to the Zhangjiajie people. I highly recommend Venus and her team if ever you want a stress free experience of the beauty that is Zhangjiajie.

5.00I did the 2-day package (booked directly with the company), and they were able to create the perfect package for me, with everything included (being picked up from the airport), all necessary transportation, and a tour of the park and Tianmen mountain and a cool hike on the second day. It was spectacular to see it in December - good weather and not many people. Highly recommended, and for what it's worth, I never book these sorts of guided tours for anything, except this, and I felt that it was actually quite worth it. The bus network within the park has signage only in Chinese, and being driven and having your itinerary made for you was pretty helpful.

5.00We spent two days exploring Zhangjiajie National Park. We chose not to visit Tianmen Mountain and instead devote the full time to Zhangjiajie and our guide, Esther, was more than happy to accommodate us. She was knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and determined to make sure we were satisfied. Originally, I didn’t want to book a guide, but simply explore ourselves. But I am so glad that we did! Esther made our visit that much easier and smoother and supplied us with information and explanations that we wouldn’t have found out or had on our own. I highly recommend visiting Zhangjiajie and booking Esther as your tour guide.

5.00This was our first time to Zhangjiajie and we had an wonderful time! Esther was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not only did she give us an amazing tour but she made sure to give us recommendations during our free time. She made a special effort to help us get to the Yellow Dragon Cave (which I highly recommend). Esther is very knowledgeable about the area and speaks English very well. Transportation around the area would be difficult without a tour guide. Esther made it easy and enjoyable Her lunch choices were delicious. She took our interests into consideration and even made time to take us to a small tea ceremony before we left for the airport. If you get to enjoy the tea ceremony be sure to ask for their Magic Tea. I would absolutely book this tour again with Esther and recommend it to friends! You won't be disappointed.
