  Beautiful landscapes to see in a lifetime. The sunrise in the desert gave us chills, just for that you really have to do it if you come to Tunisia. However these two days are exhausting, getting up at 4am, long hours by bus, and stops are made to make you spend money. The hotel in Douz is mediocre and the passage to Kairouan is a scam: no visit, a 30-minute stop at a state shop to make you spend your last dinars before you get back on the plane.

  Very good stay with Hamadi and his driver Love. Beautiful excursions, a top guide, great memories: the camel ride, the 4x4 in the dunes, the couscous of Matmata, the Stars Wars studios, the sunrise over the salt lake, many wild caravans of camels, etc...   Mohamed! ( & the Coach Driver, sorry, can't remember your name - but hope your wedding went well!) That's all you should need to know really. Very professional, very knowledgeable - about a great many things,(not just about Tunisia - & yes knew more about Shakespeare than me), very well organised & very caring - wanting to ensure that everybody on the trip was made to feel welcome & involved. (Especially my younger "sister" - actually my teenage Daughter. Obviously I'm going to say that this trip is well worth it - many things packed into the timetable - including a,(gulp), 4am start on the 2nd morning!! - BUT - well worth it to see the Sunrise at a certain point at the Salt Flats! (& yes, the whole coachload did "forgive him" for the early start after this!) Tourist tick box? All checked. Colosseum,(where Gladiator was actually filmed) - Skywalker/Lars Homestead - Camel Ride in the Sahara - Jeep Ride over the Sand Dunes - Mos Espa (another Star Wars location) - Hotel stay & food provided + the very many stories of both the history of the areas & their current states. Needless to say - very Highly Recommended!

  The whole trip was excellent. The driver Said was excellent.The guide Mohammed was brilliant at coordinating this trip. It was really important as we were in Ramadan and therefore all the cafes and restaurants were closed. He had arranged cafes and comfort break stops throughout the coach tour. The camel ride was excellent and the Land Cruiser ride in the desert to the Star Wars site was excellent. We even had lunch in the Star Wars Cafe. Worth the very long days. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

  A great experience seeing the sahara desert. Be prepared to see lots of rubbish in the country. Nevertheless, it was a once in a lifetime experience and well organised. Thank you team.

  The whole excursion was fantastic. I met a lot of really nice people which made it fun. As a Star Wars nerd it was excellent! Definitely do the camel ride. The other rides I’ve done in the past were brief in a paddock of sorts on unhealthy camels. These camels were well taken care of and they took you out into the Sahara for at least a hour. You have to get up very very early for both days. You LEAVE at 5 AM the second day. My only issue was they offered a pick up in Tunis when I first booked the tour and a week before I was informed that they would not pick me up in Tunis and I had to make my way to Hammamet for a 6 AM pick up on the first day. It took them a long time to get back to me and I ended up losing one night stay in Tunis so I could take a hotel there for pick up. It does say in the title that it’s from there. So if you’re doing this tour, make sure you’re staying in Hammamet.

  Value for money. Trip starts 4.30am each morning so alot gets covered. Plenty of stop breaks to go toilet and grab yourself coffees. Good guide who spoke different languages. Collesuum was beautiful. It was also the first stop. Enjoy it! And be present. Everything is very well orgainused and highly Recommended

  The overall experience was simply wonderful and memorable. This excursion was well worth the money. Despite the long hours we spent travelling, we were able to see the real Sahara landscapes and cultures. Our guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this trip if you are looking for a truly amazing Sahara experience. Well done!
