We (two people) booked a private two-day tour with Greenriders Cao Bang. The tour was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to the excellent organization and communication, we were always well informed and prepared. The scooters were in good condition and worked perfectly. A big thank you to our guide, Cuang, who looked after us so well and accommodated all our requests. Many thanks also to Huong for the administrative arrangements and help with our onward journey. We highly recommend Greenriders and would book with them again.

My daughter and I booked the 2 day/1 night tour and what a wonderful experience we had. Everything was excellent. A very well organised operation from start to finish. Our riders Quang and Uncle Thai were both great characters and we felt very safe in their hands. All the reviews already posted are detailed and glowing, and deservedly so. On our return to base, we were invited to use the facilities (shower and dorm) which was a lovely touch. I cannot fault this company and all the team. Thanks for such a memorable experience.

Visiting the Cao Bang area had been a dream of mine, and I had high expectations. The incredible beauty of this region is truly indescribable. I originally wanted to do the three-day loop, but only the two-day option was available at the time. It ended up being just two of us on the tour, another tourist and I, which made the experience feel more personal. Our guide was lovely and polite, though his time management could have been better. Unfortunately, we ended up rushing through the most breathtaking part of the route on the second day, which left me a bit disappointed. If it had been up to me, I would have stayed there for hours, so peaceful, so beautiful, and so untouched that even the dogs rest in the middle of the road! I was really looking forward to the hike to the view point but we couldn't do it as it was muddy and slippery. Overall, I truly enjoyed the experience. With better pacing and a more adventurous approach from the guide and easy rider, the return journey could have been even more enjoyable. That said, the lady who manages (and possibly owns) the company was fantastic, she speaks excellent English, is very polite, and has a great attitude. I'm confident that with feedback, they’ll continue to improve and create an even better experience for future travelers.
