Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. In winter months or cold temperatures, warm clothes and gloves are recommended. In severe weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel the tour and rebook you.

No high heels. Please wear comfortable shoes.

Please arrive at our store 15 minutes before the tour departure time for check-in and training. We will try our best to accommodate latecomers to the next available tour but we cannot guarantee availability. If not possible, we reserve the right to charge in full.
You are not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You must be able to stand for the duration of the tour and step up/down from the Segway with ease i.e. bend your knees lightly

Check-in & Training: Arrive 15 minutes prior to tour start. You will receive a helmet & radio and sign our waiver of liability. We individually train you on our spacious and quiet training ground, and you will get to practice before we begin the tour (don't worry - it's super easy!)

5.00Sabina was An amazing tour guide!!! We were nervous to go on a Segway cause my wife and I never did it before but it was super easy to do. What a great way to get around the city and have a super fun time. So much fun

3.00My wife and I have enjoyed Segway tours as a way to get to know a city when we first arrive. Our Copenhagen tour with Sabina started off good, but 5 minutes in one of the riders lost control and crashed in front of my wife and caused her to fall too. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt. However, one of Sabina's co-workers (he was wearing the same uniform) showed up on the scene and, once informed of the situation, began berating the tour group. Multiple times he said "Segways are not toys." I could not believe my ears. In no way were we being reckless or disobeying instructions. This man, who I did not get his name, was literally adding insult to injury! We were able to finish the tour, but the experience of being chided by a tour employee after a disturbing accident completely soured the experience for us. I need to emphasize that Sabina was a very good guide and we would have given a 5-star rating had it not been for her co-worker's unwelcome remarks.

5.00The Segways was easy to learn how to drive, so easy and so much fun! Sabina was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about the city’s history and architecture. She was able to communicate with us while riding the Segways with ear pieces connected to walkie talkies which made the experience. I would highly recommend this tour.
