5.00Sister trip, and we added the Mangrove Tour to the top of our list before we even arrived — and we are so glad we did! Our guide was absolutely incredible with our group and so knowledgeable about the area. The mangroves were fascinating to kayak through, and heading across Lac Bay with the beautiful water was breathtaking. Even more amazing was the opportunity to snorkel through the mangroves and see so many fish. We even got a glimpse of a turtle! Our guide truly made our experience comfortable, exciting, and such a wonderful part of our trip to Bonaire.

5.00We had a fantastic visit to the mangroves. Our guide Tim was really knowledgeable and gave us great insight into this unique environment. The kayaks were very comfortable and we saw many fish, turtles and birds. Would highly recommend.

4.00Guide gave good nature education before and during the tour. Easy kayak although a group is always awkward. Check with them about any suggestions re: tides and visibility before you schedule. Saw a lot even though it was a bit murky. Fresh water shower after was good.

5.00Great experience to kayak and snorkel through the Mangrove, because of the strength of the current the first part of snorkeling was tough but back wonderful with the current. Definitely worth doing!! The guide also gave clear explanations in the center itself but also on the water.

4.00This was a great experience! Our guide at the center was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the important role of mangroves and we learned so much about the trees as well as the maintenance they’re doing at the Mangrove Center. The kayak tour was great as we headed through the mangroves - lots a shade and very calm water. There were times, particularly when crossing a large open area, the pace was really fast. We are fit but had to work really hard to keep up. Maybe kayaking just isn’t our strongest skill! We found the snorkeling to be a little disappointing. We swam through a mangrove tunnel - which was cool, but we’ve been diving for several days, so the visibility seemed pretty poor compared to what we were accustomed to. All in all, it was a lot of fun and I highly recommend the kayaks! I might just warn scuba divers to skip the snorkeling tour.

5.00I went with my husband and 2 children. Its an amazing activity to do as an family. The tourguide has a lot of knowleds and was very friendly. I really loved this tour.
