I went with my husband and 2 children. Its an amazing activity to do as an family. The tourguide has a lot of knowleds and was very friendly. I really loved this tour.

End of the day this tour done. Not too hot and fortunately little to no mosquitoes. Beautiful surroundings and nice quiet kayaking through the mangrove. The bit of snorkeling was a bit disappointing. I think this bit is used by all the kayakers, because there wasn't much life underwater. All in all a relaxed afternoon and enjoyed.
A must do for on bonaire!

Wow what a beautiful kayak trip we had! In the beginning we were allowed to go through a kind of mangrove tunnel which gave us the impression that we had ended up in another world. Then it was a very quiet trip through all the beautiful nature. After that we just had to cross the water and that was a bit of paddling with headwinds that I didn't count on Snorkeling is recommended, but there is quite little to see because of all the sand in the water. The guide was fantastic and she sounded very passionate. Thank you! All in all a fat 5 stars

WOW! It was a treat to explore this rich and important ecosystem during the short time we had in Bonaire. Our tour was full (with both families and couples), but the group size felt perfect. Our guide Trevor was fun, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. It's obvious that he is fascinated by the significance of the mangroves and loves to share that interest with others. He kept us safe and comfortable while ensuring that everyone appreciated and respected the environment throughout the experience. We were blown away by how many different species we saw, particularly while snorkeling. We are SO glad that we ventured beyond the usual beaches and cruise tours for this adventure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our kayak experience. Staff were well informed, friendly and took care to be aware of where all the kayakers were during the different stages of the tour. The two person kayaks were in great condition. The only thing that was not communicated well is that it would be a regular taxi picking us up at the port, not a specific mangrove centre vehicle. It was also unclear exactly where to be. If you are picking the transportation option to and from the centre, be sure you understand where, when and who will be picking you up. I do take responsibility for not getting more specific information before hand, and the centre was kind enough to send one of their employees to get us from the pier when we couldn’t find the taxi. As a result we didn’t miss the tour and were able to enjoy our time! Make sure you have reef friendly sunscreen as that sun can be really hot.

This tour provides a 2 person kayak for a couple or single person kayak for a solo participant. Our friendly and knowledgeable guide took us through the mangroves and across some small beautiful bays. We stopped in the one area in the protected mangroves where people are allowed to snorkel. While the tour overall was great, the snorkeling was just OK. The water was murky, likely due to other kayakers/snorkelers stirring up the sandy bottom. We did see fish, oysters and jellyfish. We would definitely do this again on a future visit to Bonaire but might do just the kayaking without the snorkeling.
