This is a three day tour in Jordan starting from Amman for 1-7 travelers visiting Jerash, Ajloun Castle, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. One night sleep hotel in Amman with breakfast, and one night at a Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum with breakfast and dinner plus two hours Jeep tour at Rum Valley. This tour can be either private tour or small group tour based on your selection. Camp site location is inside the heart of Wadi Rum Protected area 8Km from any streets and not surrounded with other camps.

One night sleep in a basic Bedouin camp- Separate tents for separate bookings for the group tour - not shared.
Petra
Depart to the south toward the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra that is considered one of the wonders of the world. A city 139 miles (225 kilometers) from Amman that was carved in stone more than 2000 years ago in order to dominate the trade routes of ancient Arabia. Visit its towns, damns, and water channels and enjoy a walk along the narrow siq, a path which is the main entrance to the city. The first thing you will see is the Khazneh, which was believed to hold countless treasures. You will also see other monuments such as The Monastery and the Altar of Sacrifice. In the afternoon you will move towards Wadi Rum, called the valley of moon, where the movie Lawrence of Arabia was filmed and lately The Martian. You will spend the night in a Bedouin camp inside Rum reserve, in a very unique calm and quiet spot whilst having dinner cooked according to Bedouin style and evening activities (The camp consist of Tents, with beds, blankets , Toilets, dining room - all necessaries for life including electricity via solar system).
Day 3: Petra - Wadi Rum and Dead Sea
Wadi Rum Protected Area
After breakfast you will have a short visit of Wadi Rum in a 4x4 Jeep (Local Beduins cars). Wadi Rum is a uniquely-shaped massive mountain that rose among the rosy red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish and golden colors. Next you will transfer to the Dead Sea which sits over 1300 feet (400 m) below sea level. The Dead Sea is one of the most incredible places in the world. It is known for the Biblical story of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, which were destroyed by fire and brimstone. The Dead Sea speaks for itself: there are no living fish. It is by far one of Jordan's most impressive and spectacular places to visit. Its calm, shining water glowing from the scorching sun above, is known for the concentration of salt and minerals which makes it a therapeutic as well as a unique swimming experience not to be missed. Enjoy some free time to swim before returning to your hotel in Amman.

5.00We did a 3-day trip in Ajloun, Jerash, Petra, and Wadi Rum. Highlights were: Roman ruins in Jerash and the haunting beauty of the Wadi Rum desert. Our driver, Zakarias, was fantastic. He was prompt, polite, friendly, and funny. He regaled us with stories about Jordan's local traditions. Also shared with me a 0% alcohol beer (I think it was Heineken). We were lucky to have him as our driver!
Hospitality in Jordan is great! So are Mohammed and Jafar

5.00In monday my driver Froma Jordan Private Tours was Mohammed. I was alone, but soon felt completely comfortable. Mohammed treated me a real arabic coffee, Told a lot about Jordan culture and habits and was great company for the trip to Yarash and Ajlun. Jafar took us (a group of 4 from Greece, Ireland, the Netherlands) to Petra and Wadi Rum and the third day to the dead sea. Jafar taught us how to survive in the desert, added humor to our trip and frequently stopped the car for a great view, a legend or something special. The service of Jordan Private Tours is super! Pick ups at the arranged place and time, fresh bottles of cold water and WiFi in the car. I could recommand thuis trip to anyone. @Jafar: tot morgen! Mariska
