Join me on one of the most unique cooking classes in Morocco. We are providing a wide variety of Moroccan Tajines to choose from. there's two classes a day one in the morning with the fresh morning breeze, and one in the evening where you'll be enjoying dinner with the most mesmerizing sunset. The location of this experience makes it extra special for so many reasons, you'll be surrounded by nothing except beautiful nature, once we make it to the farm all guests will have everything they need to make the dish they chose. I will be guiding you through every step of the process. By the end the food you made will be served to you once its done cooking. and you'll get to enjoy it with a wonderful panoramic view that no other place offers in the whole town.
P.S •To get to the location you must be able to walk uphill comfortably.

Nowhere else would you be able to cook luscious tajines overlooking the beautiful blue medina and mountains of Chefchaouen. In this experience we pick out fresh produce from the local markets then take a pleasant 20 minute walk through the medina up to the family farm where you will follow along with me, an experienced cooking class instructor and lover of Moroccan food, as we make the tajine of your choice. The farm is a gorgeous piece of property in the foothills of the mountains right next to the medina. It has more than 500 fruit and olive trees and offers the best view of the sunset in Chefchaouen. You’ll be shown true Moroccan hospitality as we share tea, and talk about the history and culture of Morocco while we prepare our meal. 5.00Although finding the meeting point without gps was chaotic (stop at the black portal on the left in the climb), Mohamed was adorable. He agreed to give me his cooking class despite the delay and we cooked and chatted lit with a simple candle. Very nice meeting. Moroccan hospitality at the top and breathtaking views of the city...!

5.00I booked this experience for me and my mum on our last evening in Chefchauon and what a wonderful authentic experience. It’s a bit of a trek to get up there, as if you’re heading towards the Spanish mosque but oh so worth it 😍 fabulous view and a truly magical evening. The hosts were patient, kind snd accommodating. The cooking lesson was great and we enjoyed making and cooking the tagines on the fire. The setting for eating the dinner as the sun goes down is just breath-taking. Just be aware it is very rustic and there is no running water or toilet facilities at the location. Just go before you go 😉 or be prepared to find a tree if nature calls
A must do activity in Chefchaouen even if you‘re Moroccan! 🇲🇦

5.00Amazing experience! The class was fun, authentic, and family-friendly. They adjusted the start time to avoid the July heat and were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially to our group with five kids. We learned to make traditional tajines - everything was delicious. The location is partway up to Spanish Mosque so while cooking and eating we watched the sunset over Chefchouen. So charming. Highly recommend!

5.00This was an incredible cooking and dining experience arranged very last minute with Aman’s help. We were hosted by his colleague Mohammed who was lovely and treated us to essentially a private class, which turned out to have the most romantic view and dining experience ever! Mohammed was very hospitable, made sure we were comfortable, allowed us to partake in the cooking/learning while he did most of the heavy work. The dishes turned out so delicious even though the cooking process was so simple. It was one of those experiences hard to put into words but the location, Moroccan hospitality and divine tasting dishes came together to make it the most magical evening of our 2 week trip.

5.00Booked this cooking class through Viator and it was a highlight of our Moroccan holiday. We had a WhatsApp confirmation the day before and we met Chef Mohammed and his colleague Mohammed at the meeting point before doing a short hike (3 minutes) up the hill with an picturesque view of the whole city. Chef Mohammed had perfect English and his colleague had perfect Spanish/French but both were so kind and friendly! We learnt how to make our Tagine’s from scratch to finish and their cooked it over a rustic fireplace for us. We got to see the amazing Chefchauoen sunset whilst eating our Tagine. Definitely add this experience to your list of things to do whilst visiting Chefchauoen!!

5.00This was definitely a highlight of the trip! Aman is a wonderful host and supplies all that you will need to enjoy the evening o rookie g the best view of this gorgeous city. You will not experience this same city view and phenomenal local hospitality without booking this experience while you visit the Blue City. 💙

5.00Aman went totally out of his way to facilitate me having this amazing experience. On other things I'd booked, being a solo traveller meant that often it was impossible to run with just me. He pro-actively organised it so I could join with a bunch of French women. In my 5 weeks in Chefchaouen, this was undoubtedly a real highlight. We were given a choice from a menu before of meals to learn to cook which was amazing as it meant that we could really cook something we would enjoy and cook again as well as catering for dietary reqs. Amad's friendly team, led us through chopping and spicing in the beautiful surroundings and then as the tagines went on the open fires, we were served mint tea, bread and local cheese and could relax and enjoy the view. When our feast of tagines (aubergine, courgette, fish, kefta) were ready it was a wonderful dinner party atmosphere whilst the sun was setting. I've bought the spices....I've got the confidence, it's just a shame that I don't have the setting, company and wonderful team to recreate a magical experience! Aman was really great at communicating and contacting to make sure we all had a good time. Thank you!

5.00Very warmly welcomed by our evening cook and his help, in a surprising place but offering superb views of the blue city, we learned all the secrets of making a good tagine. The children enjoyed discovering spices, cutting vegetables, onions, garlic, parsley. They made the meatballs, seasoned with spices the different dishes placed on the wood cooking stoves. While waiting for the end of cooking, our host offered us mint teas (picked a few steps) cheese. Then after watching the sunset, we tasted our tagine. What an end of day! Unforgettable for everyone.
