Whether you book for 10:00 hrs. or 14:00 hrs., you will be picked up from and to the hotel. From the starting point at Maenam beach, you will be given a safety briefing, instructions on how to drive the jet ski, and put on the life jackets in order to be a safe trip. Your adventure time started, riding on jet ski with the tour leader from the north to the small islands in the south of Koh Samui with beautiful sea view and beaches through the way. Reach the destination, explore a secret islands around Five Islands, then heading to Koh Tan for snorkeling break (if there is enough time), relaxing on the beach till it's time to have a safe ride back. 5.00Fantastic day and one of the favourite things we did while in Koh Samui. The main event is the actual jet skiing itself, and you get a good 1.5- 2hrs of pure jetskiing. Amazing! Proper open water, allowing you to really enjoy the speed! Not for anyone nervous or lacking in confidence - some of the waves were pretty big, which we loved but could put some people off.

2.00Please know that you will spend most of the jet ski time out in the open ocean. There was very rough waves and a lot of it felt dangerous, I was genuinely terrified. I usually like a bit of an adrenaline rush, but this felt very dangerous. I really think our tour should have been cancelled with the conditions on the water. But I am a novice so I accepted the instructors. its about 1 hour on the jet ski, about 1 hour pig island and almost 2 hours home. Wear pants or long shorts on the jet ski! We suffered some bad friction burn. I would also recommend looking up some tutorials before hand as the instruction we recieved was very minimal. Bring 50 thb cash per person for pig island entrance

5.00I recently booked the 3-hour jetski trip in Samui, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful and supportive. The organization was seamless, everything ran smoothly, and they made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the ride. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, always ready to answer questions and provide guidance. The jetski route itself was stunning, offering breathtaking views and the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.

3.00We did the 3-hour jet ski safari and it was definitely an experience! I would recommend you to only do this tour if you know how to drive a jet ski or at least drove one before. If not: Be prepared for the challenge — it takes a lot of strength to ride through the open ocean, and the speed can be intense. At times it felt a bit tough. The guides, however, were fantastic. They waited for us, gave helpful tips, and always looked out for our safety. For the tour itself I’d give 3/5, just because we didn’t expect it to be that hard/scary. But the organisers and guides deserve a clear 5/5 for their support and professionalism. The hotel pick-up and instructions were also very well organised.

Terrifying when sea is rough

3.00The worst jet skiing experience but it was down to the weather. The sea was quite rough and an hour there and an hour back was terrifying. We all still ache was from hanging on for dear life! Personally I think it should have been cancelled. You don't go round the islands you go right out into the ocean. If the sea is rough it's best to stand up but can't be done if there are 2 of you are on board. The guys do look after you though! Pig island was lovely though, stayed there an hour.

3.00The maximum weight per couple on a jet ski is not mentioned anywhere on the website or the provider’s brochure. Orange Wave randomly decided who may share a Jet Ski and who may not even though a number of couples were on the heavier side. This equated to 6000 Baht extra for the outing. Keep this in mind when booking. This caused an unsavory start to the outing as we felt as if we were being taken advantage of.

My group had about 15 pax with 9 jetski going out all together If you already have experience in riding the jet ski, The only downside was the group is too big and you have to keep waiting.
