Our transport from krakow to thermal baths was a 2 hour journey there and back but so worth the experience and it was made even more relaxing with how helpful our transport guide Michal was and how easy he made the time pass.

Amazing experience from start to finish, our guide especially couldn't have been better. He was very polite and helpful with very good English. Also great with instructions when helping our group learn to ski, along with the other instructors. Thank you Mayer!

It was a very well organised trip which allowed us to have a lot of time for each activity. Mayer was really helpful and a very good skiing instructor. Mayer was really fun and upbeat which made the trip a whole lot better !!

Trip was well organised. Oskar collected us from our hotel and sorted out our equipment hire and lift pass. He then took us to the Thermal baths and past the queues quickly. Overall an excellent trip and great service from Oskar. We accidentally left something behind in the car and he went above and beyond to return it.

Got picked up on time the instructor was our driver very nice man he stayed with us the full trip we learnt to do the skiing within 30 minutes absolutely amazing experience

Jacob guided us to our fun and useful ski lessons, get the right ski gear and passes and then helped us get to the thermal baths, which were very relaxing and great to warm up after skiing. We had a lovely day out with a very friendly driver who gave us some extra tips for the rest of our stay. Prompt pick up and very comfortable drive. Highly recommended day out.

My review is specifically about our driver...his name was Chris and he was amazing! Our trip did not go to plan, but Chris saved the day and made our day absolutely amazing! I cannot thank him enough for all his help.

I booked skiing and thermal baths from Krakow, however your local tour operator Legendary Krakow booked the wrong activity, and we didn't realise until our driver arrived. He contacted his boss by phone and the i was sent me some rather rude messages accusing me of booking a different activity and not informing them.....our children were being brought on this experience as a Christmas surprise and it was a really awful start to our day out......they offered a refund if we cancelled, but this was the whole reason for our trip to Krakow and there was no way I was cancelling......I have to say our driver Chris was fantastic, he saved the day and phoned around many people and found us a ski instructor in another area and we had a brilliant time. I could not thank him enough, but it shouldn't have been up to him to have to do that. Legendary Krakow had made the mistake and they wanted to take no responsibility for it. I have booked other trips with Viator and never experienced this.

What a great trip best had in a long time the thermal baths are great and a swim up bar what more do you want. Thanks to our driver and guide ~Mateusz what a lovely man and made the trip special.
