After the welcome we proceed to make the tiramisu. A break with appetizers and prosecco and then we will make pasta and ravioli which we will eat with the condiments chosen by them while sipping a good local wine.

5.00fantastic experience! Mariolina was a great hostess and teacher!!! It was a really wonderful moment where I unplugged from the daily routine and immersed myself in a unique experience. Lunch was excellent, the fresh pasta made by us with Mariolina's patient guidance was really super! Thank you very much ❤️ for these moments

5.00If you’re looking for a private, authentic Italian cooking class you’ve found it! The host was amazing and we made 3 different types of pasta, a dessert, and ate them with a glass of local wine. We are not big fans of tiramisu and requested to make a different dessert so we made pistachio mousse. Excited to make pasta again when we get back home 😋

5.00I was very late arriving but my hostess was completely gracious about bringing me in and offering me the entire class. She showed me how to make 4 different kinds of pasta and a version of tiramisu. Everything was organized perfectly so that the pasta, folded around an unusual, pre-made pumpkin filling, could be cooked and served along with lovely appetizers, wine and homemade lemocello along with dessert. Mariolina is both an artist and a retired teacher, and it shows in her firmness, kindness, and patience. This was a day to remember!

5.00What an amazing experience. Learn to cook in a relaxed Italian way. Mariolina is a very spontaneous, enthusiastic and sweet woman. She explains everything very well. The snacks she makes are delicious. As well as the prosecco 😉😜 Our Tiramisu, tortellini and ravioli worked out well El tasty. 😋 We sang another Italian song together and Italian talked to each other. Don't hesitate; just do it. You are guaranteed a very pleasant time with Mariolina. 👌🏼👌🏼

5.00This class is AH-MAAAZING!! Mario held this at her home and made us feel incredibly welcomed. Gorgeous home! Make sure you look at her beautiful artwork!! Our class consisted of making pasta and tiramisu. I was always intimidated hand making pasta but she made me feel comfortable and built my confidence! While waiting for our dough to rest, she had marvelous appetizers prepared for us. Besides it being tasty, they were prepared beautifully. There was so much food for us to eat during our class - the appetizers and the food we made. We were so stuffed after the appetizers, it was tough eating the pasta, but, as always, had enough room for dessert - tiramisu :) Coming from the states, we don't use raw eggs. This tiramisu was so light because it doesn't use cream. U.S. uses cream instead of raw eggs because of possible salmonella. Don't worry about the raw eggs in other countries. Everywhere besides the U.S. has REAL fresh eggs and eat them raw one way or another. Other countries rarely heard of salmonella issues. Believe me, I have an ultra sensitive stomach and will know if the food isn't fresh in 15 - 20 minutes. That maybe is a bit of TMI, but I didn't have any issues after eating half of the tiramisu. My friend and I still talk about the class, the food, and Mario. This class is a memorable part of my trip in Italy. I'm planning to come back to Brescia someday and take additional classes with Mario. Thats how much I enjoyed her! She has a beautiful heart!

5.00Dinner night with Mariolina was definitely one of the best highlights of our trip to lake garda🥰 The cooking class was really fun and all the food was amazing with different dishes both made by her and the main course and dessert by us😄👌 The whole experience was so well personalized and totally worth the visit!
