A local permitted guide will show you all of the highlights of Acadia National Park!
We will pick you up and we’ll drive along the stunning 27-mile long Park Loop Road up to the summit of Cadillac Mountain, the highest peak on the eastern seaboard. From Cadillac you can see spectacular views of Bar Harbor and the surrounding islands.
See all of the famous sites on the Park Loop Road, including Cadillac Mountain, Rockefeller’s stone bridges & Carriage House, Otter Cliffs, Thunder Hole, and Sieur du Monts Gardens and Nature Center. See Sand Beach surrounded by the famous pink granite coastline.
We can stop and explore as long as you would like at each location. We will point out trailheads and carriage roads to see on your own.

5.00Katherine is an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly local who organized a wonderful and thorough 3-hour loop tour of Acadia. Katherine provided all essentials including water and snacks, and organized a perfectedly-timed entrance to Cadillac Mountain. What really went above and beyond was her deep local knowledge of the park and its history, and even the extra info on where to buy fresh fish for our apartment-cooked dinner! We thank you for a fabulous meal after the outstanding tour!

5.00Amazing experience. Private tour and not being herded like cattle with all the cruise ship folks was extra special. Catherine, our guide, was fantastic. She shared great stories and history. Saw some great sites and she gave us time to explore the highlights. Packed snacks and water for us too! Only issue we had was the booking agent. We scheduled for 9 am, and a few days before the trip they tried moving us to 12pm, which would have caused us to miss our last ferry back to the ship and mess up our afternoon plans. We let the booking agent know and they put us back to 9am, so everything turned out okay! Would definitely do it again if we ever go back and highly recommend the experience to anyone looking to see the highlights of Acadia!
