Our classes are interactive. You'll get hands-on training from a local chef sharing her cooking techniques creating typical dishes that you can easily repeat at home. Thanks to this class you'll taste our genuine food, discover our traditions and you'll learn some tips about our cuisine.

Made together or prepared by us for you: Orecchiette, cavatelli, spaghetti, fusilli or maccaroni, all traditional Puglia shapes. ** DINNER/LUNCH. Taste a 3 course dinner, preparing together 2 typical recipes, following your desires. As examples: - Orecchiette Pasta with tomato sauce and cacioricotta cheese - Orecchiette Pasta with a meat sauce or vegetables - Fish soups / tiella rice, potatoes and seafood - parmigiana / artichokes* (stuffed, baked, fried, etc) - tiramisu *** Please note: This recipe (*) is seasonal Dinner is completed with vegetables, fruit, typical sweets.
