He provided lots of information about Falmouth and Montego Bay along the way. He also tailored the tour to what we wanted to do and see. 5.00Our first visit to Jamaica took place in August 2025, in celebration of my wife’s 58th birthday. We stayed at the Hyatt Zilara and arranged our tour through Delano’s DJZ Transfer and Tours via TripAdvisor. Prior to the tour, Delano was prompt, responsive to all inquiries, and demonstrated exceptional flexibility. He arrived precisely on time with a modern, clean vehicle. Throughout the tour, Delano proved to be personable, approachable, and communicative. He was knowledgeable about local history and a good storyteller. We requested a general tour of Montego Bay, along with several specific stops, which he incorporated seamlessly into our itinerary without every feeling rushed. Notably, my wife, originally from Trinidad, was interested in sampling Jamaica’s KFC chicken—renowned for its reputation. Delano accommodated this request by driving us to the location before peak hours. As anticipated, my wife remains partial to Trinidad’s KFC. Overall, Delano delivered outstanding service, and he will undoubtedly be our first choice for future transportation upon our return to Jamaica. The Tucker Family August 2025
