  Excellent tour organization and full availability of the guide and the two porters (we did private tour). The tent and equipment provided and prepared meals of excellent quality. Overall a very good experience.

  The great views of the crater and lake form the Rim of Rinjani. Also there was an incredible view of Mount Agung and Gili island from Senaru Rim.

  We took 3 days and 2 nights package of rinjani hiking, via sembalun-senaru. there were so many trip operators based in Jakarta, but we chose Lombok trekking info because as Senaru local business owner, he knows his area best. Lombok trekking info team including 1 guide and 3 porters. they took care of everything,starting from setting up sleeping tent and toilet tent, cooking meals and waters,serving snacks,escorting to summit,and helping us with documentation. Lang,the guide was really attentive during our hike.all porters were professional and smiley,giving us good vibes during tough days in rinjani. The camping equipment was impressive. spacious tent,premium sleeping bag with pillow and thick mattress,comfortable table and chairs to dine in. The meal was tasty and freshly cooked. Overall it was a pleasant experience. When you plan to hike Rinjani,do not hesitate to contact LTI.he will not only serve you professionally, but with heart.

  The hike was the hardest we ever did, but so so worth it.We could feel that everything was perfectly organized and well taken care of from the moment we arrived at Lombok trekking info. Our guide jek and 3 porters were all phenomenal.We have so much respect for them, for doing what they do.They took such good care of us - we really couldn’t have done it without them.

  If you want to best experience hiking until summit rinjani,you must use this Lombok trekking info.Hospitality is the best.And this company always make sure safety and experience customer to beyond expectation . My tour guide is langk is the best guide I’ve ever meet.When I summit,he always accompanied me and help me.He make sure me to safe and happy.And I’ve 3 porters (they are jon,Mr.sul and Mr.ali),believe me they are the best porters.They are a good cooker,fast walker,and always ask me,“What do you want to eat?Do you want this is or this is? Oh Goddess, I always ask to my self,how they are so kind.I’ve grateful for this.

  We just finished our 3D/2N with Lombok trekking info on a private tour for 2pax.Our guide was mali,he's very experienced and got us to the summit on time for sunrise and down in 1 piece.We felt safe the whole time,he also gave us so much more information about parts of the trail that made the whole experience even more incredible.The 2 porters that came along with us were also amazing,the heroes of the tour,lugging such heavy supplies with them,it made the trek so much easier for us.This trek is not for the faint hearted and do not underestimate how tough it is. But with a reputable company like Lombok trekking info, it really helps make it a little less painful and all the more enjoyable.Even the food they made was amazing!The range and nutrition was incredible. Tents and sleeping bags were clean and comfortable.All in all,it really felt like we were glamping,spoilt with the luxury they provided. We found the 2nd day to be the hardest as after 6 hours of summiting and down,we still had another 6-7hrs left going down to the Lake and 2nd camp site.By this point,our legs were giving way.So take extra caution going down and it's a couple of hours on steep going down terrain.It was a total of 12 hrs of trekking,take lots of small short breaks. In summary,don't hold back or try to save $$ on a rinjani trek. Your safety is the most important on this trek and you'll want to go with a company that has solid guides that keep you safe and make it to the top with you.a lot of guides actually don't make the last summit leg with clients and we saw several people who were in such large tour groups with only 1 guide and they were left to scale the summit themselves in bad shape.

  Overall a great experience, the company was really experienced in thinking about the needs of the climber. I think one of the key experiences was that the guide helped to keep my jacket while I was away on another hike, which helped to ensure that I had a dry jacket for the night. This goes to show the thought and care the guides, porter and the company gave to the hikers. I do think if you are not born in a mountain city, you have to train to not have too bad of a time. Hiking poles are very good to have, which the company gladly borrowed from me for the trip. Also do not bring up too much water, there are springs along the way which the guides will refill on. The price of Viator is a bit pricier than what the company offers. If you want you should contact the company and pay on arrival, so that the company does not have to give a cut. Make sure to keep a bit of money for the guide and porter, as they really really make your trip so much better.

  We wanted to have a private trek of Mount Rinjani for our honeymoon and after lots of research and reading of Trip Advisor reviews,I found Lombok trekking info.I was impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of uzi to my emails and many questions. From initial correspondence with uzi at Lombok trekking info,being collected from Bangsal Harbour through to being dropped off in South Lombok the service was exceptional and personal. Our guide for Mount Rinjani was anci,He was very friendly,spoke fantastic English and made us feel so comfortable throughout.anci was flexible and accommodating, especially with the unfortunate situation of my wife being sick during the trek.The porters are unsung heroes,they carry all the heavy equipment up the mountain,cook great food in challenging locations and are very friendly. Thank you anci for making our trek and honeymoon so memorable and enjoyable!

  The scenery is incredibly beautiful, both along the climbs and on the summits of Mount Rinjani,and well worth the energy spent to reach them. The views were clear in the early mornings and late afternoons, revealing the lake in the middle of the crater for sunsets and sunrises. Our guide mali was extremely kind and smiling,and attentive to our state of fatigue. As were the team of porters (jul,jon,dang) who cooked us meals that were as good as they were hearty,sometimes even a little too much,to replenish our energy before the steep ascent. No need to pack snacks,the guides had everything we needed! We did the 3D/2N trek to climb Mount Rinjani. The gradients are steep,but there are plenty of breaks to allow you to climb them at your own pace. Some of the paths are dusty, so a mask or scarf to cover your mouth is not a bad idea. In terms of equipment,everything was of good quality,so we had nothing to complain about. Many thanks to the team at Lombok trekking info 🙏

  We have just returned from an amazing 3 day 2 night trek.It was really tough trekking as it was either steep ascent or steep decent. There's no ridge or flat walking.Our guide nas and team of 3 porters looked after us really well.We had dry weather but it was extremely windy so we weren't able to safely attempt to reach the summit. However the views from both crater rim and the lake were incredible.lombok trekking info looked after us very well from our initial enquiry in the UK to our final booking.They adapted their service to meet our schedule and location needs.Nothing was too much trouble. Rinjani is a fantastic experience. thank you very much Lombok trekking info and team 🙏
