Travelers will wake up early for a 4WD jeep adventure to Mount Bromo’s sunrise viewpoint (such as Kingkong Hill or Penanjakan). From here, guests can witness one of Indonesia’s most iconic views: the sun rising above the misty Tengger caldera, with Mount Bromo and Mount Semeru in the background.

Continue the jeep ride across the vast “Sea of Sand” desert and Pura Luhur Poten to reach Mount Bromo. Travelers can walk (or take a horse ride at personal expense) to the crater rim. At the top, enjoy the surreal scenery and look inside the steaming crater of this active volcano.

We depart from the hotel 30 minutes before midnight and drive to Paltuding Area. Travelers will start the hike around midnight (approx. 2:00 AM) to witness the world-famous blue fire phenomenon inside Mount Ijen’s crater. It usually takes 2 hours hiking. Accompanied tour guide, guests trek up the volcano in the cool night air and carefully descend into the crater to see the mesmerizing natural blue flames caused by burning sulfur gas.

After witnessing the blue fire, travelers can stay at the crater rim to admire the turquoise acidic lake, dramatic volcanic landscape, and sunrise over East Java. Watch local sulfur miners carrying heavy loads, offering a glimpse into their unique way of life.

5.00We did the 3-day, 2-night Bromo, Tumpak Sewu, and Ijen tour, and we couldn't have dreamed of anything better. We were guided by Kawid, who was excellent in every way—so kind and generous. We had many wonderful conversations during those three days. We made the journey all the more enjoyable thanks to our driver, Andy, who was always attentive and consistently careful. A huge thank you to both of them; we would have loved to continue traveling with them for the rest of our stay in Indonesia.

5.00Booked a trip for 2 pax and we enjoyed every bit of it! It was quite last minute but they were able to arrange everything. Very professional and quick when answering our enquiries too. We also recommend our guide, Zaidan and driver, Tirto who were very friendly and accommodating during the trip!

5.00The view at Tumpak Sewu and Ijen was breathtaking. It feels so lively. We genuinely enjoyed this short trip with Landscape Bromo a lot, our tour guide is very fun and energetic, most importantly the team is punctual and they just knows the best for your group. Thanks to them, we managed to get a lot of beautiful photos and videos, we saved a lot of time, every minute was efficiently spent. Apart from the original itinerary, our tour team even brought us to visit other places for shopping and coffee tasting. I would say the service was beyond expectation. Definitely worth. Highly recommended from the bottom of my heart.

5.00Really glad we booked our trip with landscape bromo. Had a lot of fun & adventure with my friends hiking up mt bromo, Mt Ijen and tumpak sewu falls. Each of the spit is a once in a life time experience from the spectacular sunrise overlooking Mt bromo crater to the feeling the cool water most on your face from the splash of the magnificent tumpak sewu falls. None of this would be possible if not for landscape bromo tour handling transportation, lodging and guide. Our guide Dan took took us to all the scenic spots, help us take photos, keep the vibe good and try his best to make our trip comfortable and fun. Would recommend landscape Bromo to anyone would like to experience a adventure in the wonderful nature of Surabaya.

5.00We recently completed a customized trip to Mount Bromo and Ijen, and I cannot recommend this agency and our guide enough! From the very beginning, the communication with the agency was flawless. They were patient and helped us customize our itinerary to fit exactly what we wanted. It made the entire planning process smooth. Our guide was absolutely fantastic! Throughout the treks at both Bromo and Ijen, he shared so many insights about the landscape and local culture, which made the experience so much richer. On top of being an amazing guide, he also had a great eye for photography and took a lot of incredible pictures for us . If you are planning a trip to East Java, do yourself a favor and book with them. You’ll be in the best hands!

5.00Did the 3D Tumpaksewu – Bromo – Ijen tour and honestly it was an amazing experience. Everything felt well paced and not rushed at all. Tumpaksewu Waterfall was beautiful and still very natural, definitely one of my favorite spots on the trip. Seeing the sunrise at Bromo was unreal, the views were incredible and the atmosphere was super calm. The trip ended at Ijen Crater, where we saw the blue fire and the lake, something I will never forget. The guide was friendly and helpful, transportation was comfortable, and the whole trip was well organized. Would definitely recommend this tour if you want to see the best of East Java in a short time.
