Snorralaug
Next you will stop at Reykholt historic site. There you can learn a little bit about history of Iceland and see Snorralaug – small hot spring used by local people since 12th century. This place was first mentioned in medieval writings of Snorri Sturluson -the famous Icelandic poet and politician who used to bath there.
Hraunfossar
You will see the great Hraunfossar, a series of waterfalls spread at a distance of around 900 m. The waters flow out of the Hallmundarhraun, a lava field that was formed around 1000 years ago during a massive eruption of volcano lying under a Langjökull glacier. Hraunfossar are very often called “Lava Waterfalls”. Rivulets streaming from the lava field create one of the most breath-taking views in Iceland.
Barnafoss
Just few meters away from Hraunfossar you will find another interesting waterfall – Barnafoss. Its name, “the waterfall of the children,” comes from an accident tale which is said to have taken place here in a previous century. There was a natural stone bridge over the waterfall, and two children from a nearby farm fell to their deaths crossing the river on the bridge. Afterwards, the grief-stricken mother had the bridge destroyed.
The highlight of the day is a visit to a colorful Vidgelmir Lava Cave. Just shy of 1600 meters the cave features amazing colors and lava formations that lurk in the depths of the earth. During this 1,5 hour long expedition you will have a chance to see one of the largest lava caves in Iceland with its stunning lava stalactites and stalagmites. The area surrounding the entrance to the cave will allow you to realize how powerful eruptions of volcano can be.
Sturlureykir Horses/Visiting HorseFarm
Enjoy an unforgettable visit to the Sturlureykir Icelandic horse farm. You can get as close as you want to these beautiful friendly animals and then enjoy some home made "hot spring bread" called rugbraud in Icelandic with a nice cup of coffee or ice cool water.

Ytri-Tunga is a charming farm with a nearby beach that is a popular seal colony. Animal lovers will enjoy seeing their cute faces as they sunbathe and play in the surf
Arnarstapi
Arnarstapi and Hellnar are located in a lovely coastal area with a natural harbor. Beautiful rock formations decorate the coastline, spotted with green-and-yellow moss, and you can stroll along the cliffs here to take in the refreshing sea air
Londrangar Basalt Cliffs
Two black basalt columns marking the coast, so tall they can be seen from the road
Djupalonssandur Beach
Djúpalónssandur is another gorgeous black beach, where the air is filled with the sounds of birds circling the cliffs and the ocean waves hitting the sand. At Djúpalónssandur, you’ll find a curiosity on the beach: four large, smooth stones. They are “lifting stones,” used to measure the strength of fishermen who once worked and lived all along the coasts here. The biggest one is called Fullsterkur (“Full-Strength”) and weighs 154 kg (340 lbs). Be sure to lift with your knees so you don’t hurt your back on this one! The second one is called Hálfsterkur (“Half-Strength”) and weighs 100 kg (220 lbs). The third one is called Hálfdrættingur (“Weakling”) and weighs 54 kg (119 lbs). Last, you were the shame of your village if you can only lift Amlóði (“Useless”), at 23 kg (50 lbs). If a fisherman wanted to earn a spot on the fishing boat, he had to be able to lift the “Hálfdrættingur” stone – anything less, and they were not acceptable. Try your strength! Are you ready to join the boats?
Kirkjufell Mountain
Kirkjufell mountain rises out of the green hills, surrounded by trickling rivers. This is one of the most popular photography spots in Iceland, so be sure to get a picture for your own collection!
Pingvellir National Park
Þingvellir National Park is the only UNESCO World Heritage Site on the Icelandic mainland. The reasons for its popularity are twofold. Firstly, it has a fascinating history, being the original site of what has become the world’s longest-running, ongoing parliament; early settlers to Iceland first convened here in 930 AD. Secondly, it has spectacular geology; the park sits right in the rift valley between two tectonic plates, both of which are clearly visible as you travel through the sweeping lava fields of the Almannagjá gorge.
Geysir
Following Þingvellir, you will head to see the geysers in geothermal hot-spot area Haukadalur Valley. Geysir itself, which gave all others their name, only goes off sporadically these days, but its neighbour Strokkur is happy to entertain; every five to ten minutes, you can see it eject water up to fourty metres high
Gullfoss
Majestic Gullfoss Waterfall is the most iconic falls in the country
Kerid Crater
Water-filled crater-lake Kerið, which is far too often overlooked by visitors
Onboard Wi-Fi and USB chargers

I booked the 5 day Winter Wonderland tour as a solo traveler and had an incredible experience. This tour was a stitch of the South Coast, Golden Circle, and West Iceland tours, which meant I had three different guides: Hinrik Mika, and Walter, all with different but entertaining and fun personalities. The tour was extremely well organized. We hit all the key destinations with enough time to enjoy them. As a hobby photographer, I felt I had enough time to photograph and enjoy my destinations. The buses were comfortable for hours of driving - I never felt like I was on the bus for to long (though when full felt a bit cramped when exiting). The hotel stops every night were incredible, especially the one between the South Coast and Golden Circle tours. My guides were all phenomenal and made this an experience I would not forget. If I ever had any problems, they addressed it immediately. The end of my tour overlapped with icy conditions, and our guide made sure to stay laser-focused on safe driving so we could make it back without any problems. I would 1000% recommend this tour to others. Two things I'd love to highlight here. First, doing this tour instead of driving it myself meant I could enjoy the sights without worrying about difficult Icelandic driving - that peace of mind was invaluable. Second, I recommend doing the full 5 day instead of booking the tours individually, because the in-between stays were thoughtfully planned and among my favorite parts of the trip. When I come back to Iceland, I will absolutely book with Nice Travel again.

This trip was so much more than I had even hoped. Pickup from my hotel was seamless. The bus was really comfy and the Wi-Fi / USB charging on board was really useful. On my particular tour there was a number of other solo travellers which was great but whether solo or part of a couple everyone got on and had a great time. I was on the 4-day Ring Road Tour which was part of the longer 6 day version. The itinerary was really well planned and because it was a small group our guide, Hakon, was able to add in a few extra stops which was great. I would definitely recommend Nicetravel and will travel with them again when I return to Iceland at some point in the future

This tour was fantastic. My husband and I signed up for the 6 day tour so we could enjoy the scenery and experience Iceland without trying to drive. For the first 4 days, we had the wonderful experience of traveling with Gulli who is Icelandic and he shared so much information with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and awesome. The last two days we had Monica who was wonderful, bubbly, and so much fun. She was also knowledgeable and a great guide. The accommodations were excellent, the breakfasts great, and we had enough time at each stop to explore without feeling rushed. I would strongly recommend this tour to anyone who prefers to travel in smaller groups and who wants to see Iceland in a comfortable situation. This tour was worth every cent. Take it and have a great time.

We took 7 day tour and it was very well organized with good hotels included in all overnight stopovers. Trip was rather hectic and stopped at many wonderful falls, beaches and canyons. Our tour driver Henrick was very pleasant, informative and kept us entertained with Icelandic stories and music. We took the optional Glacier lagoon boat trip and Lava cave tours- highly recommend. Overall very memorable experience.

Thorey was an excellent small group tour guide. We found her to be punctual and patient, as well possessing a keen sense of humor. Her knowledge of the geography culture and history was excellent.

We had a wonderful time inspite of the rain. Our tour guide Thorey was too good. She kept us entertained with her continuous hilarious banter. She is a brilliant driver too.I say that cause we were going through the north when there was orange alert and inspite of the snow we didn't feel unsafe for a minute. All the restaurants she recommended were also good.Yaw yaw Thore.

From 30 April to 4 May, we joint the 5 days tours that cover A LOT! Nice Travel is a very reliable agency with email response always within hours, and can provide lots of advises on what to choose that best fits my travel itinerary. Highlight of the tour: Day 1: We were the 2nd last group to get into the ice cave! Which was a fantastic experiences with many great pictures. The tour slept over at hotel in South coast, which is a nice traditional hotel that offers nice lamb dishes for dinner. Day 2: We visited a few waterfalls with one that you can get into or under. Though freezing cold and got all wet, it was very nice experiences. Then at Diamond beach, there are lots of ice cubes and we saw seals near the walking path. [Thanks Oli, my first guide at Iceland] Day 3: We were picked up by Christina for the Golden circle and Hvmmsvik Spa. Our 1st stopped at a green house who has a geothermal that burst constantly so everyone got some nice pictures. Then we went to a lot of different places with most impressive stop at an ice cream farm. There, with gratitude, we have the ice cream in front of the dairy cows, who gives us the milk😃. We end this trip with a very nice 2 hours Spa which is next to Atlantic Ocean, that i did my 1st in life jump from hotspring to icy ocean. Day 4: “Thor” is our guide. She was ultra local Icelandic women who shared tons of history, evolution of Iceland and the communities. We went to Silver circle with most mind blowing by the lava cave! It was a life time experiences and Master in geography 😆 I highly recommended! Day 5: “Thor” continued take us to the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. It’s a National Geographic place where you get very close to the cliff areas and obverse lives of seagulls. We saw seals at one of the beaches, which was very nice! Overall, I highly recommended Nice Travel who have a strong and professional groups of guide. They are authentic locals and who love their jobs to introduce Iceland to everyone around the world. You don’t need to worry much about having different guides, as each and everyone of them are very unique and professional! I found joining the multi day tours save me loads of time to drive and look for places, you will be in good hands of Nice Teams! Last comment, if I rent a car and do it myself, I am sure, only half the places will be covered.

Absolutely amazing sums up our experience. The sights, accommodation, food, guiding were all top class! We did the south coast, the golden and silver circles and it was a trip of a lifetime. Much of the pleasure was that our guides were excellent - good drivers, knowledgeable and fun/ny. We had Bjarki for the South Coast and and Golden Circle. So much information plus adapting to the weather circumstances gave us the best experience of every place we visited and some extra ones as well! We had Þórunn as our fabulous guide for the last two days around the Silver Circle. Their personal input made all the difference to our tour which has given us lifelong memories to treasure

This was THE PERFECT way for us to see everything that we wanted to see in Iceland, without us having to drive ourselves. We did add on a couple of extras, including the glacier walk and the two extra baths (Vok and Forest lagoon). The one thing that I wish they would change is to have an actual itinerary. We had no idea what we were doing next, or when, which was frustrating because we are wearing layers and layers of clothing, if the next stop is only 15 minutes away, we'll keep them on, but if it's 30-60 minutes away, we're going to take them off. Also, by the way the itinerary is printed on the website, you'd think the glacier walk was at the end, but it's not, it was in the middle of the day and because of this, we didn't get lunch. We were STARVING. Thank goodness we brought snacks from the US with us because otherwise, we would have been hangry. That was another problem. Make sure you bring snacks because sometimes, you might not have time to eat if you're adding on extras. Also, most of the lunches are in one certain spot with one menu, so hopefully you'll like something there. Most dinners too. We ate mostly at the hotels besides the one night we actually had time to explore the city we were in. The food was great, but just a heads up on selection is limited. Our tour guide was great, Thorey, she was very funny and open minded. She would hang out with us and chat with us whenever we were eating our doing excursions with her. We met her parents and her dad was kind enough to bring us some of his very own fermented shark for everyone who was daring enough, to try. You do get a second guide on day 5, our guide was great, again. We got really lucky with our guides. The buses are nice. Plenty of room in the back for all of the luggage and with you, you can keep a small back that can be squished to fit above you. We had a separate bag for our gloves, scarves, rain coat, extra socks, snacks and meds. The seats are like airplane seats, tiny, but comfortable and do recline a little bit, but I wouldn't if someone was sitting behind you. The hotels were nice too, all of them were VERY warm, we slept every night with our windows open. The buffets at each hotel are basically the same with a few different things here and there. If you are a vegetarian, i hope you like bread and cheese and maybe some fruit, because that's all you get. I would 100000% recommend the glacier hike and the Vok baths. The hike was beautiful and pretty cool. Make sure you STOMP with your clamps on. We had someone who was just shuffling their feet and that won't work, you will slip if you don't STOMP. We did do Vok and Forest lagoon baths, we preferred Vok because it was more open and there were different baths with different temperatures. You could even jump into the lake if you wanted to, which we did, haha. At forest, it was very closed off to the surroundings and the water wasn't that warm. Anywho, the trip was great, loved all of it besides missing out on lunch on day one and I do recommend doing this.
