Day 1 – Arrival in Bujumbura & Bujumbura City Discovery.

Upon arrival at Melchior Ndadaye International Airport, guests will be welcomed by our experienced tour guide and transferred to Hotel Club du Lac Tanganyika, a beautiful lakeside hotel located on the shores of Lake Tanganyika. If time allows (depending on arrival time), guests will enjoy a short city tour of Bujumbura to discover some of the city's historical monuments and landmarks while learning about the culture and daily life of Burundi.

Rusizi National Park
Enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on the Rusizi River in the Rusizi National Park. Observe hippos, crocodiles and many species of birds in their natural habitat, as well as the famous junction of the river Rusizi and Lake Tanganyika.
Teza Tea Plantations near Kibira National Park, is the biggest tea plantations in Burundi with over 600 hectares. Enjoy walking through the beautiful green tea fields and a small nature hike in the surrounding forest, known for its fresh mountain air and biodiversity.
Gishora Sacred Drums
Gishora Royal Drums Sanctuary in Gitega Province. Recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage, Gishora is the most authentic drum experience you can ever get. This important cultural site preserves the legendary Royal Drums of Burundi and visitors can witness an impressive traditional drumming performance and learn about the history of the palace.

Day 3 – Waterfalls and Beach
