  We had a unique experience thanks to the fabulous organization of African Polecat Safaris, which did not miss anything and to every request or clarification they always responded promptly. Safari is an experience that can be told with many beautiful words, but until you live it, you can not fully understand perception. We were lucky enough to experience it led by Michael (guide who was able to pass on all his knowledge and showed us many animals, with their particularities) and Silas (experienced driver, who guided us through the savannah in a simply excellent way). We highly recommend without a shadow of a doubt to rely on this experienced and helpful team. Hakuna Matata!

  We had the most awesome tour with our guide James. Excellent service and they will do everything to make your trip memorable. We saw the big 5 any many many more animals. James is a very experienced guide and he can teach and tell you everything you want to know. Make sure you go early on gamedrives. We where so lucky seeing so many animals during the mornings. The chef which provides the meals did also an amazing Job. Variety and delicious meals with good flavors and tasted.   The safari trip organized by African Polecat Safaris was a truly amazing experience to us. We found it quite difficult to find the right operator at the right price, but if you’re in the same situation please doubt no more and go for a safari organized by them.

  This was really a once in a lifetime trip - we had the best safari with African polecat safaris ! My partner and I did a 4 days camping safari in December and felt this was the perfect amount of time. We were considering some other safari companies but African polecat safaris was actually recommended by a friend's friend and we are so glad we went with them. They are super professional and do everything in-house (they do a thorough check of the vehicle after every safari). James helped me with my booking and we went through over 50 email exchanges but he was always so friendly and quick to respond to my millions of questions. We were able to come up with a tailored itinerary that met our needs and budget which was great (but they also have set itineraries if you prefer that). We were also worried about potential cancellations/disruptions due to COVID but they had a reasonable cancellation policy. James also helped us resolve some flight dramas while we were on tour which was truly above and beyond.

  Wow, wow, wow.. The safari trip organized by African Polecat Safaris was a truly amazing experience to us. We found it quite difficult to find the right operator at the right price, but if you’re in the same situation please doubt no more and go for a safari organized by them. Why? 1. Animals and nature In the end, that’s what a safari is about. During our 4 day safari we’ve seen all of the big 5 and so much more. Most of them from very close distance you could have touched them (see pictures) Our trip included visiting Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro and each park is definitely worth visiting because of the different animals and stunning nature. 2. Communication From the start the communication with James has been great and it gives you a very comfortable feeling. He puts the customer first and welcomes you with a smile at the airport! James has the right mindset and attitude to be your point of contact for the trip. 3. Accommodation, crew and food We just had to be there, everything else was organized by James and his crew. We were picked up from the airport, dropped at the hotel and picked up the next day to start our safari. We were picked up by Jakub, our funny and knowledgeable tour guide. We spend the first safari night in a nice hotel room; the next night at a campsite in the middle of Serengeti and the last night at an amazing campsite on top of the Ngorongoro crater. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was prepared by our chef Mesjakh and it was great fuel to start or end the day. All in all we would recommend anyone to book your safari here and enjoy the wonders of Tanzanian wildlife!
