After breakfast, enjoy a 2-hour tour of Nabatean city and UNESCO World Heritage site. One of the Seven Wonders of the World, Petra was carved into a sandstone gorge more than 2,000 years ago to dominate the trading routes of ancient Arabia and is rightly regarded as the jewel in the crown of Jordan’s historic sites. Walk along the narrow “Siq”, the high-walled fissure in the rocks that winds into the heart of the city. Then, stop in your tracks at your first breathtaking glimpse of the Treasury, known locally as “El-Khazneh” - Petra’s stellar sight. Wonder at its intricate façade and hear how movies such as Indiana Jones, the Transformers, and the Last Crusade were filmed here. See Petra’s ornate tombs cut into the rock face, and admire the stunning theater that once sat 3,000 spectators. As you walk, visit the Byzantine church. Free time to explore and walk up the Monastery or the High Place of Sacrifice if time permits.
Wadi Rum
After your walking tour ends, free time to visit The Petra Museum and free time for lunch at your own expense, drive to Wadi Rum. Bedouin Dinner and overnight in Wadi Rum Camp.

After breakfast, proceed to the spectacular desert wilderness of Wadi Rum. Sometimes known as the Valley of the Moon for its lunar-like landscapes, this protected region of mountains, dunes, and canyons was where T.E. Lawrence, known as “Lawrence of Arabia” fought alongside the Bedouin locals in World War I. The locals have named many of the sites in Wadi Rum after Lawrence and numerous scenes from the iconic movie, Lawrence of Arabia, were filmed on location here. Besides, the recent well-known movies like Star Wars: The Rise of Sky Walker and The Martian, filmed by Hollywood super star Matt Damon. Enjoy an exhilarating 2-hour trip by 4x4 local jeep through this majestic place to immerse yourself in its serene beauty and ever-changing colors. Rumble along desert valleys, through narrow gorges and past red dunes and mountains and stop to take photos along the way.

5.00We had an unforgettable experience seeing all of Jordan’s highlights through Zaid’s 4 night tour. Zaid tours made our whole trip to Jordan seamless, convenient and well organised. We were initially greeted at the airport in customs to arrange our visa exemption and were then escorted to our lovely driver for the following days; Mahmoud. He spoke English very well, was genuine, lovely and treated us as if we were his daughters. Our 5 star accommodation at each destination lived up to the hype, with breakfast and dinners included. The food selection was traditional, delicious and of high quality. Our private tour guide Ana’s at Petra was exceptional and passionately took footage for us to remember this experience. Wadi Rum was out of this world, our ufo experience was one to tick off the bucket list. Quasey was very bubbly and had a great sense of humour. We had a wonderful jeep tour with more great photos. Floating in the Dead Sea was surreal. Most of all we felt very safe at all times! We would highly recommend this tour if you want to see Jordan’s best sites. Just remember to exchange cash for tips!

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this tour, we found Zaid tours to be very flexible and accommodating. As it was high season and the hotels in Petra were fully booked and they suggested a slight change in the order of the itinerary so we could fit it all in. We had booked the second highest level of hotels, which were all of a good standard. All the inclusive meals were buffet style but the food was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the meal at the camp in Wadi Rum. The jeep safari was fun and Petra magical. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and we learnt so much from Amer Romani about Jordan and the culture. He looked after us so well on the trip and we felt very safe throughout. Zaid tours were extremely efficient and would recommend this trip if you want to see the sights but not travel within the confines of a large group.
See the sights but also have time to relax.

5.00We had an amazing time in Jordan, our driver/guide Ramoni Amer was FANTASTIC. We learnt so much from him about Jordan and the culture. We loved our stay at Wadi Rum, magical Petra and the spectacular scenery along the Namala Road. Zaid tours have been so efficient from start to finish, even changing the itinerary for us, as originally hotels were full. I would recommend anyone visiting Jordan to use this company, on this tour you will see the important sights but also have time to relax.

5.00We had an absolutely wonderful time, our guide was friendly the hotels were amazing and the programs were wonderful. Everything was flexible in time, we never had the feeling that we had to rush, also whenever we wanted extra activities our guide helped us to find the best options. Also, wherever we went there were local guides who said that our booked programs are bad and they have better option, but we than had always the best times everywhere, so don't let yourself discourage. Long story short, one of my best holiday experience, thanks to this tour.

5.00We had a blast on this trip! What I will say is that you get what you pay for and I'd highly recommend going with the 5-star accommodations. Our driver Mundhra was fantastic! He was patient, kind, and departed so much wisdom on us. If there was an experience with Zaid travel for 8 days in Jordan, I'd do this trip again in a heartbeat! We loved all of our accommodations and the guides we got for each stop was top tier! We have no complaints and we highly recommend!

5.00Despite any distrust before starting the tour, it surprised us incredibly!! It exceeded all expectations. The program adapted to all of our requests and the driver took care of us like he was part of our family! Also he was prepared for all the unforeseen situations that took place and dealed with all the issues that emerge in daily life in the most delicate and softest manner. He made our life, our trip, very easy and fun. In addition, tour guides assigned in every visit they were amazing. I would recommend this with no hesitation, for us it went more than perfect 🥰
