  Smooth, Scenic, and Superbly Organized I joined a 5-Day Marangu Route hike with Kilisa Tours, and the whole experience was seamless. The accommodations in the mountain huts were cozy, and the support staff made sure we were always comfortable. Our guide shared fascinating stories about the mountain s history and wildlife. Everything ran perfectly on schedule, and the company s attention to detail was impressive. I ve done many treks before, but Kilisa Tours stands out for their genuine care and world-class service. Couldn t have asked for more!

  Group hike with Kilisa Tours I joined a group hike with Kilisa Tours as a solo traveler, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. Everything about the service was wonderful - from the smooth organization and warm welcome to the professional guides, friendly porters, and excellent food on the mountain. Even though I started alone, I never once felt like it. The team made me feel part of the group right away, and their constant support and smiles gave me confidence all the way to the summit. Climbing Kilimanjaro is challenging, but with Kilisa Tours it felt safe, well cared for, and truly enjoyable. I couldn t recommend them enough to anyone planning this adventure!

  A wonderful experience. The guide (Bakari) was amazing. Proffesional, kind, patient, cheerful, helping and sensitive. He made the climd easier with explanations and dedication. The team of Kalisa tours were excellent from the outset. Rapid reposne to our multiple questions prior to deprating from our country with clear instructions and patient explanation of teh anternatives. Ride waited at the airport and all that was promised was available and more with a smile and excellent guidance. Thank you Kalisa! highly recommended.

  Let’s be honest not too many have been to Africa before. For most it’s the first time. Therefore it is important to make that first experience a good experience. I personally did lots of research before I came to Tanzania and ended up choosing Kilisa tours. I could not have made a better choice! When I came to the airport I got picked up by Nick. He took me to the hotel which was surprisingly nice and had great WiFi connection. At first I did the Kilimanjaro 5 day Marangu route with an incredible team of 5. Tammy my guide (make sure you request him!), Jonas, August, Anthony and single. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have completed my goal. To reach Uhuru peak. I did my climb solo so my only companion up to the summit was Tammy. By walking together for a few days you really get to know each other and I’ve found a friend for life. He knows the mountain like the back of his palm. Every single animal, flower, person, nature the list is long. To my surprise almost every single meal was a three course meal and the portions of food were enormous. Trust me you will never walk with a empty stomach the way theses gentlemen take care of you. Easy to say I couldn’t have been happier with my team! When I had reached my goal it was time for me to check of another bullet point on my bucket list Safari. As soon as I got back to the hotel from the climb I met with Chris my Safari guide. He did a briefing with me and the day after we left for Tarangire National Park. It didn’t take me long to realize Chris is like a encyclopedia of Safari he knew everything. Ever since he was 8 years old his dream was to become a Safari guide and he sure was good at it! He even had a Safari college degree. I read before that the chances of seeing a lion in Tarangire are pretty bad. I told Chris I’m a cat person and that I’d love to see one. So he went out of his way and called the park ranger that located the lions by gps tracker and took me right to them. It was a unforgettable experience and memories I will have for a lifetime.   I NEVER in a million years thought I would be able to make it to the Peak. This was our FIRST hiking trip of any kind and we thought we'd "give it a try".... the Kilisa team were FANTASTIC ! Rama and his team checked in with us the day before to run us past a day by day itinerary, ensure we had all the necessary equipment (we didn't), and obtained what was missing. Throughout our hike and especially making it up the Peak, he kept checking our physical conditions and mental motivation. On the ascent day, he made sure we kept busy and distracted to forget how incredibly hard it was climbing that last leg of the route... and it worked! We reached UHURU Peak and the feeling is incredible !! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE IN KILISA!

  Climbing Kilimanjaro was among of the experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life while I’m forever grateful to this Tour operator and there are no enough words to describe, so I will keep it simple! Before the arrival Naick gave me plenty information about Tanzania, Kilimanjaro packing list and other necessary information. We arrived at 10thAugust: Kilisa arranged the pickup and even the hotel we stayed was great. And our Journey to Kilimanjaro started at 11th _ 14th August and we summited on 13th August at 07:18 am “I will never forget” During the climb the entire 5 Days Marangu on the mountain was challenging for both of us, and honestly there were times we felt like we would not have made it to Uhuru Peak, But Asante to the incredible Kilisa Team that made the whole experience incredible out there Our guides Bakari and Bryson were great they showed us many things matter fact they went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable at all the time during our trek, our chef always prepared us delicious while we were on the mountain It amazed me how He always tried to customize dishes to our personal preferences and the porters [I could write a book about them about the hard work they do and make all seems easy “they deserve all the respect] We enjoyed Majestic Kilimanjaro so much with Kilisa tours and decided to continue with them since we had 3 days left before our departure so we did 2 Days camping safari to Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro conservation Area andOur Safari guide was exceptional [did not disappoint at all J] All in all, this was a trip of life-time There is no other company I would trust and recommend than Kilisa Tours. Trust Me, you won't be disappointed at all
