  Driver didn’t show. I called and he wasn’t aware of the booking. He quickly made his way to us 30 mins after the initial reservation time. He then didn’t have the itinerary provided by Viator. He was nice but I was already frustrated.

• Good tour, worth the price for private.

  Desmond was knowledgeable about St. Thomas history and botony, which was important to us, an otherwise gave a competent and enjoyable tour.

  Raymond was fantastic. He knew so much about the island. Stopped at all the great stops and left us ample time at each spot to do as we wished. Our group ranged from 6yrs old to 72 yrs old and there was 9 of us. Stunning views and he could answer any questions we had about the history. We felt safe the whole time. The van was clean, had AC and cold water as promised. Climb the 99 steps if you can to Black Beards Castle but those in our party that couldn't he drove them to the top. He was so accommodating and kind. Try to connect with him before you get off the ship when you have Wi-Fi so you can coordinate exactly where you will be for pick if you are getting off at the cruise port.   Really liked that this tour gave us the opportunity to have just our family together on the tour, and to tailor it to our wants. The only downside was the driver provided more historical information than we wanted, and for some unknown reason he was reluctant to take us to our preferred beach.

  We had an absolutely spectacular day with Raynier in St Thomas and would highly recommend this tour.

  It was nice to see the whole island and learn the history. Charley and his teainee were absolutely fabulous and very accommodating.

  We had a great time. Sharron was our driver. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because she didn’t know about the itinerary that was advertised and we couldn’t do everything that was said online. We did have fun and I would recommend others to do this excursion.

  Desmond was amazing for our day exploring the island. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. And to top it off our son left some toys behind and Desmond went above and beyond to get them back to us. Next time we come back ee will have to book another trip with you.

  This was a good tour and got to see the major stops. Recommend this tour package if you have a group.

  It was exactly what we told our guide we wanted. We were headed to Magens Bay, but after our guide listened to what we wanted, we ended up at Secret Harbor and it was amazing and a much better fit for us.
