  I just returned from an incredible 8-day tour of Sri Lanka. My guide, Eddie, was the real magic behind this trip. He welcomed us with a warm smile and a wealth of knowledge that made every moment feel like a discovery. Eddie wasn't just a guide – he was like a friend showing me around his home. Throughout the trip, our accommodations were comfortable, and the private transportation made traveling easy and convenient. Overall, this tour was a fantastic way to experience Sri Lanka's diverse landscapes and cultural heritage. If you're thinking of visiting, I highly recommend it – you won't be disappointed! Make sure to ask for Eddie – he'll make your trip truly unforgettable.

  We were very excited and looking forward to our 8 day tour of Sri Lanka, after almost 24 hours travels we were greeted by a smiling Amilla. He had cold water ready to go. Throughout the tour Amilla was great, if he didn’t know the answer to our question he strived to find us the answer. The accommodation provided is very basic, 2stars max and one of the rooms we got was without AC in mid 30s with high humidity. From one of the hotels I suffered a really bad food poising following this, I saw that the last hotel was 1star. I asked the tour company if they could change the hotel as I was still feeling very sick and wanted to be somewhere more comfortable. Unfortunately the owner of Beauty Lanka Tours, told me I was lying about getting food poising which is not true as Amilla had to pull over the car to allow for me to be sick. I couldn’t participate in activities that day as I had been up the whole night vomiting. Amila was great in offering to go to the pharmacy for me. As an owner of a bussiness and especially in tourism, you do not tell someone they are lying about sickness, this is not the response I would’ve expected from an established company with great reviews. Feeling shocked by the response and unprofessionalism I received from Beauty Lanka Tours. I promptly cut my tour short by 2 days and found my own accommodation, feeling very disappointed by Beauty Lanka Tours. I would not recommend Beauty Lanka Tours, Amilla however was great throughout this and not a reflection on him and his tour guide services. Just be careful as some of the free inclusions like the spice garden and tea plantation tour are very brief and feel free, if you want more extensive and descriptive tour than your better to pay. The free SIM card is not provided we had to pay. The prices for the sarfaris are written in dollars however we’re a lot of confusion with payment as many wanted Sri Lankan rupees se we were left in awkward situations many times and having to take out additional cash. The train ticket system is very bad here, we had said we wanted to by higher class tickets however we was told the day before that Beauty Lanka tours were still trying to find us tickets for the train. In the end they got us the tickets, in 3rd class not like the 1st class we wanted so book your tickets a month before you travel if you want certain tickets.

  The best thing in this private trip around Sri Lanka was the driver-guide, Mr.Niran. Very attentive, kind, helpful, calm, very punctual, the best trip companion i would ever desire. Was a big pleasure to be his client. The tour is good organized, with good turist spots. Mention: so called “luxury hotels” variant is not at luxury hotels,4 or 5 star. In fact you receive mainly 3 star hotels (i had included only one 4 star hotel, the rest of them were 3 star). This was disappointing. But overall was a good, interesting tour in a special wonderful country. Many thanks to Mr. Niran, my travel driver-guide, he is a special human being.

  Our driver Rranga absolutely MADE this tour! He was knowledgeable, respectful, fun, and so accommodating. A wonderful itinerary, great accommodation and meals and a 5 star driver - highly recommended.

  Waterfallls , mountains, animals, beaches, breath taking views (i cried) great people SO much history and culture i learned so much saw so much an experience of a lifetime.
