Discover a wine tasting with a difference. Singlefile's 'A Sense of Place' experience offers a true behind-the-scenes insight into the history, vineyard, and people that showcase the best of the Great Southern wine region. Begin with a warm welcome at our award-winning Cellar Door, followed by a guided tour of our grounds and estate vineyard. In our Private Tasting Room, we’ll take you through selected current vintage varietals, as well as a special barrel tasting. 5.00We weren’t looking for wineries in Denmark but about four people mentioned Singlefile during our two days so we knew we had to check it out. The wines were sublime, every single one, the service was stellar, the tasting was free and the atmosphere was pleasant. We’ve visited wineries in Barossa and Margaret River and this was in our top two. I can see why Denmark’s secret is spreading.

5.00Singlefile is a beautiful winery with an extensive selection. Our hosts were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. We definitely spent more on wine than we'd planned but we look forward to enjoying them

5.00We visited the winery on several occasions while spending a month in Denmark but the highlight was this curated tour of the vineyard and the tasting afterwards. We were fortunate that Trix (Tracey Whooley) led our tour. She grows vines herself and has first hand knowledge of the complexity of growing grapes, pruning and harvesting them. We started with a full glass of a delicious sparking white and had some chardonnay in the vineyard itself before we sat in a cellar and tasted a range of the wonderful wines made by Single File. We all learnt a great deal and we'll keep in touch with the vineyard and order more wine in the future from Single File

5.00A beautiful winery and cellar to visit just 10 minutes from Denmark - a must visit. Set in picturesque rolling hills with giant Karri trees the cellar and grounds are excellent. Singlefile wines are consistently stunning from Riesling, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet along with others. There are a number of alternative ways to discover the wines. We were lucky to have the wonderful Sage take us on the Sense of Place tour - running us through the history, the soils and climate of the Great Southern regions and an outstanding tasting. We’ve been lucky enough to visit hundreds of cellars across the world, and can safely say this was top 5 - such was Sage’s depth of knowledge, her explanations and inspiring passion - a sensational visit we will remember forever !
