The day of the tour, I’ m waiting for them to pick me up for a long time. Just for them to cancel my tour by saying all their buses are going towards the ship and they can’t pick me and my family up. Viator should not allow us to book such a bad operator

The tour was exactly what we needed— some loosely guided time outside of our resort, with a reliable driver and tour guide! Titi was excellent at explaining everything we asked about and both she and the driver had great bubbly personalities! Each stop gave us plenty of time to explore and check things out in our own!

I see the potential! The tour guide was a complete gem! Super knowledgeable, high energy, and friendly. Downside, is the tour felt a little rushed. There was some sort of mix up with the times, and she was being rushed to take us from one location to the other. Not her fault, and she handled it very well, but it did take away form the experience a bit. The van was also slightly worrisome.. it struggled to accelerate. I don’t think we were able to go over 10mph
