Take NP360 Cable car to Big Buddha - Stretching 5.7 km, this cable car provides panoramic views of Lantau Island, the South China Sea, Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong ZhuHai Macao Bridge and the Tian Tan Buddha.
Ngong Ping Nature Centre
The development of Lantau Island is a consequence of the new airport development in 1998. After the completion of cable car in 2006, Lantau transported from an "Outlying Island" to a tourist attraction with a Big Buddha.

A great day on Lantau Island

5.00We were part of a small group under the guidance of Grace who was fantastic. Full of knowledge, humour, insight and moved us effortlessly through to the front of the queues to make the whole experience a joy. Full of detailed knowledge so that the Big Buddha and temple tour were really informative. the trip to the small temple in the hills was just magical and we were able to absorb the beautiful chanting of the monks and the fantastic views down the valley. The trip to the stilt fishing village was so interesting and the visit into a stilt house was a highlight of the trip with a personal story to tell from the custodian of the house. Then to cap it all a boat trip out to see the pink dolphins. This was one of our best days of the last month's holiday and all thanks to the organisation, style and great sense of humour from Wing Man Grace. W thoroughly enjoyed the day - well done Grace, you lived up to your name!

5.00Excellent tour to locations that would be difficult to plan out independently. Highlight of the trip for us was the walk and visit to a fisherman’s wooden house off the canal in Tai Po. Jason the guide did a great job leading and explaining our small group.
