The Sheikh Zayed mosque in Abu Dhabi is open to visitors between 8.30am and 11:30am, Sunday to Thursday. Visitors will not be permitted to enter outside of these times. Ladies visiting the Mosque are required to cover their head with scarf and do not wear shorts, beachwear or sleeveless outfits as they are to be fully covered. Men visiting the Mosque should wear long trousers.

2.00i booked this trip in advance, never being in dubai and abu dhabi. initially, i did not like the fact that this tour forces you to buy adult tickets, even if you have children with you. the primary reason for us to see abu dhabi, was for the mosque and warner bros. the tour to the mosque was rushed. honestly, after few weeks before the trip, we saw how beautiful the mosque was at night. so during our tour pick up, i told the guide i plan to find my own way back to dubai after being dropped off at warner bros. we were able to see the mosque at night, not feeling rushed and we took a taxi back to our hotel in dubai. cost about $90 which was not bad. accumulating what this tour was, versus what i could have saved price was about the same. therefore, didnt loose money, but i enjoyed seeing the mosque at night which was worth leaving the tour for.
