No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a no show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
No outside food or beverages allowed.
Visitors are allocated a maximum of 1 hour in each conservatory.
Kindly note that no re-entry allowed.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with park rules and regulations.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
By Train / Bus Via The Circle Line Or Downtown Line Alight at Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16) Take Exit B and follow the underground linkway Exit and cross the Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge into Gardens by the Bay Via The East-West Line Alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15) Take Exit C and head towards bus stop no. 03223 located at International Plaza, Anson Road Hop onto bus 400 and alight at bus stop no. 03371 along Marina Gardens Drive.
E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.

1.00My experience withy TripAdvisor was terrible. I accidently booked tics (Singapore Gardens by the Bay Activities) for November 5th when in fact should have been for October 30th. I did not realize until post the booking. I messaged TripAdvisor (thru the app) numerous times (in fact 7 times) since October 30th. To date no response at all. Very poor customer service, to not even have the decency to return a message enquiry. Even when the tics were sent thru (with a message meant for another persons booking) did you bother to reply. Will not be using TripAdvisor any longer. Poor Poor Service.

5.00This was breathtaking! It felt like an oasis in a very busy city… highly recommend. All the sensors were catered for.
The gardens are absolutely incredible. Heads up that you dont actually need a ticket to access the vast majority of the gardens

5.00The gardens are beautiful, so vast, very lovely. Id recommend seeing the non lit areas i.e. the wet lands etc while its light outside, but id definitely recommend the rest of the lit up areas after sunset. The lightshow was awesome! Definitely be there for that. We bought a ticket from this listing thinking we needed it to get in the gardens, turns out you can access the vast majority without a ticket. Save yourself a little money and just turn up when you please

1.00Not good enough. They haven't issued tickets till last minute ( QR codes). And the time for 3 activities were not there. So We did only one activity.

1.00I booked tickets for my family of four to Gardens by the Bay and the money has been taken but the tickets were never provided and there has been no response to my messages. Occasionally mistakes can happen even with the best companies however Royal Smart Tourism has just taken my money, failed to provided the tickets and has completely ignored my messages. There are plenty of others offering similar services so I would avoid this company if you do not want to lose your money.

Felt a little hurried because of an 8pm Entry Ticket time… get a slightly earlier ticket so you don’t feel rushed!

4.00A little confusing on the set up of the two different Domes. I picked the latest entry time of 8pm… thinking I still had all the time I need to explore. But “No”, arrived to find out I should do the other Dome first cuz it was closing at 8:30… so I raced thru that exhibit… only to stress because had a hard time figuring out how to EXIT so I could make it thru the OTHER Dome to enter before THEY closed… so it was confusing! I would recommend getting a tad earlier Entry Time so you don’t feel rushed. Also found it confusing how to get to the Light Show… ended up watching it from the Backside… never did find the Entrance… but still enjoyed the show. Then everyone emptied out after the show. And if you wanted to catch a GRAB (their version of Uber)… was a wait with all the Light Shows crowd also waiting for one. Despite all that… had a great experience at the Garden by the Bay… really enjoyed all the exhibits!
A must to event in Singapore. An amazing time.

5.00We had a most memorable day at Gardens by the Bay - and culminating in the Supertrees Grove music & light show! Amazing. This is a must do for anyone visiting Singapore. We loved the entire day. Ps. Tips: wait till slightly after sunset to get in line. We saw the display from the skywalk! - so the skywalk from tree to tree.

5.00Entering this one-of-a-kind spot makes you feel like you've stepped onto another planet, what with all the trees and meticulous upkeep. Instead of waiting in line, we can save a lot of time by purchasing admission tickets.
