This tour was the highlight of our Costa Rica trip! We started with a fun 15-minute group horseback ride to the zip-lining course, which was a great way to ease into the adventure. The zip lines were a great adrenaline rush, and the giant waterslide was just plain fun. Our guide, Bernard, was amazing—so friendly, outgoing, and full of interesting facts about the local culture. He went above and beyond to take pictures for everyone and made sure the day flowed smoothly. Our favorite part was relaxing in the natural hot springs and covering ourselves in warm volcanic mud—it felt like a true Costa Rican spa experience in the middle of nature. The traditional sugarcane processing was a fun cultural touch, and lunch was tasty and perfectly timed. Having hotel pickup and drop-off made the whole day seamless. If you're looking for a full day of fun, culture, and relaxation, this tour has it all. Be sure to ask for Bernard—he made the experience unforgettable!

We were picked up at our hotel exactly as planned and seven of us were taken by Randy to horses where we did a wonderful horseback ride. One of our group of seven did not ride but chose to walk along the beach with Randy to where the horses returned. There was a wonderful beach there and the kids swam for about an hour and then we all went and had a nice lunch in a local lunch place. We explored a little bit of the area with Randy and he was very helpful by explaining lots of things about the area and he stopped at a store because we wanted to pick up a few things that were not available at the resort. I would highly recommend calling this company if you need anything. They don’t just do horseback riding tours, but they do just about anything you can think of to be helpful to anyone who comes to this area and wants to explore. We have Randy’s contact information and we will definitely call the next time we come to the area.

Our tour was great, Jimmy our tour guide was very nice and made the whole experience relaxed and informative. Melvin our driver was the best driver ever, the experience was great. Would do it all over again

The ziplining was the best. I hadn’t done this in several years and it was perfect. The lunch was incredible and also the waterslide. Our tour guide Johnny was the best. He was helpful and informative and very friendly..

Christian is amazing and helped us arrange a half day fishing tour, a tour to Canon de la Vieja adventure park and transportation from Liberia airport to Playa Hermosa and later from Playa Hermosa to Monteverde. He was very responsive and provided us many options for activities/tours. The fishing tour was fantastic and we caught several large amberjacks and tunas. The adventure tour felt like a private tour, had no wait and everyone had a great time. Transportation was very timely and professional. We will definitely look for Christian and Costa Rica Adventures Travels again next time we are in Costa Rica!

Christian was the best! Answered all my questions and made sure we were all taken care of. The combo was great with kids having trouble deciding between Zipline and waterslide. Hot springs were actually hot, unlike some others. We will be back.

An excellent time with Christian! He was friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. The transport was new and clean. We never felt rushed, giving us time to enjoy everything on the tour. He even snapped some great photos of us throughout the day and sent them to us.

We loved our tour! Christian was on time, courteous and knowledgeable about all things Costa Rican. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy all the activities! He was also an excellent paparazzi and sent some great photos of our day!
