Getting through immigration took a long time, and by the time we got through, the 55 mins allowed waiting time had passed and our driver had left. However, Amir - our driver, did return after we contacted the Tour operator. The vehicle was what we had ordered and it was a comfortable ride into the City. We were so impressed that we have asked him to drop us back at the airport in a couple of days.

Used this service for transport both from and to the airport. Both drivers were friendly and professional. The cars were spotless and comfortable. Costs only a few dinar more than an Uber, and guaranteed a classy ride and prodessionalism. Worth it, in my opinion. I regret that I didn't get my second driver's name, but the first, Ibrahim, was excellent.

Needed an urgent service as previous driver bailed and did not show up. The driver came 5 am in minutes notice and drove us from Aqaba to Amman airport in time for our flight.

The driver texted me via Whatsapp soon after I landed to let me know he was waiting outside baggage claim. He had a clear sign with my name, helped with my bags at the airport and again at my hotel. Everything went as expected.
