Upon exiting the customs area on the lower floor, Our representative will be waiting on the outside of the arrivals section. The rep will have a sign with the name of the lead person. Depending on the availability of parking, you will be escorted just across the street to your vehicle. If it is raining, the driver will bring the vehicle to you up to the curb. The Paradise Island area encompasses the Atlantis, Bay View Suites, Warwick, Harbourside, Ocean Club, Sunrise Villas, RIU and Comfort Suites Hotels. They are all 25 - 35 minutes away. If you speak another language, we offer a bilingual driver and assistance with check-in and orientation of the hotel in your language. This is at an additional cost. The driver will leave you with a departure card with the date and time of departure pick up and our contacts in case of any changes.

5.00Simone is the absolute best. She was very kind and informative when we arrived from the airport. After speaking with us for a little while, she went out of her way to take us to the grocery store to make sure we had food for stay in the Bahamas. She also gave us the best recommendations and offered to make the reservations for us. When it was time to leave, she picked us up from the Straw Market, took us back to our hotel to pick up our stuff (even though we were supposed to only be picked up from our hotel), no questions asked. I highly recommend this service.

5.00We had the joy of Simone being our transportation throughout our stay on the island! She was excellent and was almost like our personal concierge! Her customer service and dedication to her clients was exceptional! Simone was great for trying new things around the island such as the fish fry, and she even arranged an excursion with the pigs for us! If you are adventurous and looking to experience the culture, contact Simone and her service! Not only was her customer service great but her vehicle was clean and well maintained! I highly recommend Simone for your transportation if you are looking to visit Nassau/paradise island!

5.00Several members of our family used Simone’s service to take us from the airport to our AirBnB as well as to several locations and tours around Nassau. We were travelling with two young children, 3 and 5, and our children absolutely adored her, she’s who my daughter talks most about from our trip. She was incredibly informative, made wonderful suggestions in terms of things to do and where to go and was reliable, on time, and responded to communications quickly. We would highly recommend using Simone and her company when you’re in Nassau!

5.00Mrs. Simone was such a joy. I'm a travel agent and was visitng the Bahamas solo to scope out some of the properties. On my transfer days she didnt have any other appointments after mine and she went the extra mile by allowing me to tour the area and get some great photos ops so that I can better market Nassau! Definitely looking forward to booking clients through her!! Such a joy!
