Our drivers will meet you in the arrivals hall at Baltra airport displaying a sign with your name on, before escorting you and your luggage on the mandatory bus Lobito to take you to Itabaca channel where you will have to take a ferry to cross to Santa Cruz. Once you arrive in Santa Cruz, your driver will then take care of everything for you to get you safely and comfortably to your hotel. The same service can be arranged to take you back to the airport for your departure, picking you up from your hotel. However please note this service is one way only (Either Baltra airport to Puerto Ayora OR Puerto Ayora to Baltra Airport) ir a return transfer is required, please book service twice.

Service was very good overall. Our driver Israel was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. He dropped us off at our hotel in Puerto Ayora without any issues. We liked the service a lot so we decided to hire a transfer out too to take us back to the airport a few days later. Recommended!

The friendly driver met us in the airport terminal and from then on it was a very easy and smooth experience, despite the slightly convoluted route required in getting to Puerto Ayora. The vehicle was spacious, comfortable and air conditioned and I have no complaints at all from this experience

We were a bit worried about getting to our hotel in Santa Cruz from the airport as we had read online that it can be quite complicated. However this transfer made things so much easier than we had expected and we are so glad we did it. The driver was very friendly and met us in the airport terminal and took control of everything else. It felt completely safe, reliable and comfortable, would definitely recommend it
