When we get the all booking detail, our driver will reach at 30 minutes before arrival and bring a placard in which he mention the name of the guest and stand at the arrival gate. We will provide the contact number of the driver and car detail when we accept the booking, so in case of any situation guest can contact our driver. We will not charge any extra for waiting any client because of delay on flight. It's our responsibility to drop-off to the desired destination within the dubai.
