  This excursion was shut down months ago and Viator is still promoting it. I had reservations and when I got there, the locals informed me that the boat was confiscated months ago and the guy went out of business. I was still getting texts and emails confirming right up to the hour for something that didn’t exist. When I called Viator, they said they had no clue about it being closed down. I actually had another boat ride for the following day and Viator called that tour guide and was not nice to them . Not only did they have the wrong excursion, they were rude. I got an email saying that a refund request was put in but I have little hope for it. I should be refunded for my time traveled to and from an excursion that didn’t existing. Not happy!

  SCAM ALERT!!!! No longer in business. We arrived at the proper spot and time. We notified by several of the local restaurants / bars they had left the island. We were told we were not the first this had happened to. Tried to call their local number and it was disconnected!!! BEWARE!!!

  We took a taxi got there. They never showed or called. We had to taxi back. The locals said they did not pay their taxes, and have been out of business for a few months. Very disappointed. We would have booked something else and not paid to get there.

  That the boat does not exist there is no tour. THE BOAT GOT REPOSESED Viator knows it and keeps the listing up . Go with jolly pirate tour very fun

  Showed up as directed and was advised by another cruise operator that this company does not even have a boat in the water. Filed dispute with credit card and company responded with the booking sheet and cancellation/refund policy. They do not have a boat in the water but obviously must have staff in some office continuing their fraud.

  The sail away tour company did not show up. Despite their failure to show Trip Adviser continued to charge me, send me confirmation and then reminders to get there. Extremely poor

  Absolutely do not book this. After booking online through TripAdvisor we arrived to excursion on our last day and to our surprise they are no longer in business!! They sent emails and took our money right up to that day! How could TripAdvisor allow this? We spoke to locals who said that they have been out of business and boat seized at least a month ago! Shame on them for taking people’s money and ruining peoples trip and shame on TripAdvisor for not catching this!! Don’t they verify companies in business?

  DO NOT BOOK!!!! This company is no longer in service!!! We booked for a trip to Aruba on January 7th and arrived to MooMba beach as the directions followed. We were informed that the company Sailaway Tours has been “out of the water for many months” and has no intention of coming back anytime soon. It has thrown our entire trip off course as this was the one thing we were most looking forward to. Currently we are in the process of trying to get our money back so save yourself the time and energy and do not book with them!!

  I booked this trip online on Dec 30 for Jan 1st. When I was making my reservation I was given the option of shuttle transport from low rise hotel area, high rise hotel area, and Noord. Since I'm staying in Noord, I took this option and paid the extra. I received several auto generated emails with the trip information. One the morning of the trip, I emailed them at the address provided (I don't have an international phone plan) to confirm my pick-up time and location - I never heard back. But, assuming they were busy, I was ready to go 1 hour before the trip, as instructed. They never showed up. I was really looking forward to snorkeling in Aruba and I waited a full hour. I emailed them again, to find out when they would be coming - nothing. After the trip start time - I emailed once more to tell them that I was forgotten and to request a refund - still nothing. Not impressed with this company, their professionalism, or their customer service! I will be contacted my credit card today to dispute the charges, but I would much prefer this company make things right!
