  Really friendly guide who knew how to go at our pace. We are not very sporty and he knew how to take breaks when it was necessary for us. He knows the way perfectly, provided us with lamp and water for hiking. He was perfectly on time, talking to us when he saw that we were receptive but leave us alone when he saw us tired. He was careful of us. Upstairs he served us a banana sandwich and boiled eggs. The experience was incredible. I highly recommend this guide! Thanks, Pandey.

  Kadek and team are absolute Gems! They go above and beyond for service including assisting with airport pickup, organisation of other activities like rafting/ATV and other day trips all at a very competitive rate. We couldn’t recommend them any higher!

  I had a blast with this private tour! Kadek offered such a reasonable package for a solo traveler like me! My driver, Putu, was very good. He kept checking on me and made sure I’m always comfortable! Arta, trekking guide, was fun to be with. He took amazing photos of me with the breathtaking views at the top of Mount Batur! Definitely one for the books!

  We were pick up punctually by Mr Wahyu and reached destination early. Began climb around 3.15am and reached peak by 5.15am avoiding the crowds. Our Guide Mr Gede was friendly and taken very good care of us, checking in with us frequently to ensure we are able to continue or would like a break. He laid a cover over a bench (great spot to catch sunrise) and went to prepare our breakfast. We were lucky to have clear weather and we enjoined stars, clouds and sunrise viewing which were breathtaking. Would love to return.

  My friends and I did a hike with an awesome tour guide Eddy. They were super flexible with time and we had a great time. The views are amazing!

  It was a really great tour from sunrise till sunset(its customizable btw), we started with trekking to mount Batur, the journey was challenging and fun, the scenery on the top especially a moment before the sun rise is unforgettable, and its really worth the effort. And then we continue our private tour to cofee plantation and then to 3 waterfall (Tukad Cepung, Tibumana, and Tegenungan), and visit krisna to buy some merchandise and ended at jimbaran for dinner while watching sun set. Our tour guide was really friendly, and fun to talked to, and he is really skilled in photography, and helped us to take a lot of good photos. I will definitely using this tour again in the future, a really great tour service.

  I cannot stress how great of an experience this was. We started off doing a the sunrise hike starting at 130am (for pickup time) and hiked from 3am - 5am. Watched the beautiful sunrise and then our tour guide took us to a bunch of other places. This company is amazing and the employees are unbelievably friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. If I ever come back, I will be contacting these folks for further services (in fact we are snorkeling with them again tomorrow!!).

  It was very nice and friendly. Me and my girlfriend just did the hike a few days ago. The pickup was on time. Very friendly people and the guide was very polite and from the Batur area. So he knew where to go! There are different guides, so I can speak just for our guide. Gladly again! Very nice Team.
