5.00This day trip was a fantastic experience. Our driver and guide Bardaghawi picked my wife and I up from the hotel and during the drive to Petra he gave us some great insights into Jordan and explained the rich history of Petra. We stopped for coffee and a very smart souvenir shop en route, and Bardaghawi gave us some very useful practical advice on the best way to explore Petra. We had pre-purchased Jordan Passes so entry was straight forward. We had a fantastic self-guided visit to the historical site at Petra, which is definitely a must-see location in Jordan. Our drive back to Amman also went very smoothly.. it was a great day, good value and many thanks to R&H and Bardaghawi.

5.00Jordanian hospitality is fantastic. My hosts were attentive and knowledgeable. Khalid was an excellent driver and an interesting conversationalist. Fatima was a tremendous guide. She was patient to answer my questions, and she has extensive knowledge of Petra and its history.

5.00Everything was very well organized and well communicated. Khalid was a safe driver and an interesting conversationalist. He was most attentive to my desires and interests. Fatima was my tour guide at Petra, and she was outstanding. I could tell that she was very committed to helping me understand the history and details of Petra. Both of my hosts were quite knowledgeable and hospitable.

5.00We became aware of R&H's offer through reviews here at Tripadvisor and took advantage of it at the end of February 2026. Communication, ordering and processing via WhatApp went smoothly and quickly. We had heard of the positive review of the driver Mr. Bardaghawi read and at our request also received this driver. Mr. Bardaghawi arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up. The ride with him was safe in all respects and the information he gave us about Jordan and its people was interesting and helpful. Likewise the information about Petra. Like the outbound journey to was safe and ended a nice day. We can do R&H as well as Mr. Bardaghawi extensively recommend and wish them all the best in these difficult times. And hopefully quickly restore peace to the region.

5.00It can be cold so be prepared in February and March. All down hill walking to Treasury and Amp. Can pay to get golf cart ride back uphill to visitors center. Wonderful geography and history!

5.00I have gone on a full day trip to Amman with private pick up from the hotel. The driver called Bardaghawi got in touch to agree on the pick up time the day before the trip, all the scheduling was very well done and perfectly on time. He was very professional and friendly, providing helpful information about the site visit. Petra is beautiful place a must see when you’re in Jordan. It is unique and incredible special place. ❤️ The whole trip was smooth, pleasant and beautiful!

5.00Booked the all-inclusive tour with ticket and guide included. Muhammad, the driver assigned, was extremely professional and friendly. Arrived on time at 7 AM and was extremely knowledgeable about the way to Petra and back. The travel time from Amman to Petra is about 3 hours (about 240 km). I stayed in Petra with my guide for about 3-3.5 hours, covering 80% of the attractions. The site is extremely beautiful with a rich history, as explained by the local guide. I was back in Amman around 5 PM. Overall, the tour was nicely organized, with the operator being quite responsive over WhatsApp, clarifying any queries.
