4.00Way too much walking and very little food. Skip the Surameese tasting (not Dutch and not tasty); think tour would be enhanced by a Dutch guide who can bring history and Dutch perspective to foods/locations etc; please, no herring!; final stop which was to be “sit down” dinner was two small meatballs, shared fries, dessert. We did not feel tour was a good value both in terms of our time and variety of foods tasted. Our guide was very accommodating and enjoyable but the tour could use some adjustments.

5.00Ginevra was an excellent guide. We stopped at 5 different eateries, with varying delicious bites & beverages. This is a great way to explore the city of Amsterdam, it's cultures & foods. Wonderful small group. Highly recommend.
