Bad driver I never experience in Viator tour

1.00Very bad experience with driver. He purposely sent back us to hotel the last as confirmed by tour guide our hotel should be the 1st one. Instead of 30 mins journey it took us 1 hr. Even worst he just asked us drop the car near by the hotel and we have to walk and cross the busy traffic roads before we could reach the hotel. Due to the delay I almost missed my flight. He was not friendly and we never had such experience with all the tours I had with Viator.
The tour was good, but not great.

3.00We drove one hour to the cable car and spent about 45 minutes at the top of the mountain. The views were very nice. We had a nice lunch and then went to see the Durden waterfalls. They were worth going to see. We then took a boat cruise along the coastline that was just OK. There wasn’t much to see. There was not much conversation along the way in the tour van. We were told how long we would have at each site and what to expect but not much more. After the boat, I thought we were going to do a tour of old town and some of the historic sites because that’s how this tour was advertised. Instead we were pointed in the direction of old town and told that the historic side was in one direction and the shopping side was in the other direction and that was the end of the tour. I learned very little about the history of the old town. Again the trip was good, but could’ve easily been great with just a little bit more effort.

3.00we booked this tour with cable car and boat with old town but they didn't take us to cable car, they said you did not picked this option, i have no idea why your repsentetive did not do that at the time of reservation , and i was awar of that.

3.00Getting picked up the see location is not correct, I had to send a photo of the hotel front in order to get picked. The driver though was very friendly. The tour mini bus was very clean and out tour guide kaan was very nice also. All in all a great day 😎

5.00This tour was amazing. A perfect combination of Bus, cable car, boat and walking tour! The upper Dunden waterfall was absolutely gorgeous. My tour guide INCI was very knowledgable, very personable and went out of her way to explain everything we were seeing in detail!!! She alone is 5 stars! Highly recommend taking this tour!
