Argentine “asado” is a longstanding local tradition and this experience allows you to experience it as a local.

A personalized field experience in the private garden of Maru, a local hostess offering this activity in the heart of Buenos Aires city.

There you can taste select cuts and quality wine during your visit to Argentina, without leaving the city.

Participate from the lighting of the fire and the typical way of cooking Argentine meat in a traditional Argentine home.

Once the reservation is confirmed by WhatsApp, we will meet at the agreed time at the meeting point, main entrance of the Patio Bullrich mall, Avenida del Libertador 750, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Then our host Maru will lead the group to the place where the activity will take place: a cozy and elegant private garden of an authentic house in the heart of Buenos Aires. Our charming hostess, along with a grill master, will guide you through the secrets of local cuts, revealing some suggestions to achieve a typically Argentine preparation.

A hidden oasis in the heart of Buenos Aires. Maru and her team will keep you engaged and well-fed for three hours. The food was delicious, from hors d'oeuvres to desert. The second steak course, loma, was my favorite.

I had the opportunity to try this experience recently and I loved it. Maru, in addition to being an excellent host, pays attention to all the details and it is clear that she enjoys entertaining her guests. The dining experience is truly delicious and the atmosphere enhances the experience. Highly recommended for those who want to know what the barbecue ceremony is like for Argentinians. It's like you're at a friend's or family's house. 100% worth it!

From being welcomed with open arms to an in-depth education surrounding the cultural practice of an Asado, this experience was by far amongst the best we took part in during our trip to Buenos Aires. Maru, the host was incredibly kind and we were greeted at the door in such a way that we were at ease and interacting with her as if we were long lost family & friends. Upon entering we were led to a stunning alcove with vines climbing high along towering walls that provided privacy and intimacy at the same time. Maru walked us through the cultural experience of an Asado and provided us documentation showing us the different parts of the cow and pointed out what we would be eating. We then met the chefs and got to see the meat before it was put into the fireplace. After mingling and learning more about the history and importance of Asado in an incredibly conversational and comfortable manner, the first part of the meal was ready. Not only was the food incredible but the hosts created an environment where we felt relaxed and at home. If there's one word I could use to describe the experience it would be special. I recommend this highly for absolutely everyone, our trip to Argentina wouldn't have been complete without it.
