  It was a great experience! Kishikawa san is a very good driver. She was very careful in driving along that day where there is a lot a snow the whole day. She also recommended the best items to buy from each area that we can bring home. She was also very caring to my mother who is already a senior citizen. It was a very good experience.

  Kenny, our driver, was good and patient. However, be aware that this is NOT a guided tour. All you get is a driver, and you will be left on your own. To be honest, if I knew, I wouldn't have booked this tour. Too expensive for the driving service that the family got.

  For my family and I, Asahiyama Zoo was the highlight of the tour. I think 2 hours is too short. If given another chance, I think I will break the tour to a 2 day tour so I can slowly enjoy my time at Asahiyama Zoo.
