Transportation to the park can take between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the location of your hotel or meeting point.
ATV insurance is included in the price of your experience.
Signing up a liability waiver is a must before participating in the activity.
Safety briefing is highly implemented for your own safety.
Based on international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, the use of cameras and cell phones are not permitted during our adventure activities.

3.00Once we signed in, we opted for the VIP package based on a smaller group size and more personal attention. Our group had 20 people, and we talked to other non VIP groups; they had only 15-20 people. Everyone in the VIP group was still trying to figure out the difference. ATVS- We travel a lot, doing the ATVs tour in most countries we've visited, including other tours throughout Mexico. I must say this was our least favorite. From crashes, ATVs breaking down, and riding in circles in the same location was horrible. Please expand the ATV experience and update ATVs. Ziplining- this was a good experience, especiaĺly for beginners. The guys did a great job. Cenote—This was a great experience, especially since I can't swim. Raul did an excellent job of helping me feel comfortable in the water. The food was horrible. I am a pescatarian. I was looking forward to the fish and veggie tacos. The tacos were cold, as if they had been sitting out overnight, and the "veggie" tacos had one little string of a carrot, which is unacceptable. Raul, our lead, was full of energy at first. Towards the end, a young lady was disappointed in the VIP service and the $75 for pics. When Raul walked around with the tip box, after she placed her tip in the box, he said, Is that it? That's not cool. You don't know what people must do to go on this trip. We paid more for pictures, liquor, and tips than for the excursion. Raul was out of order, and then he just shut down with no interaction with the group. It was not cool. Charlie, the photographer, was excellent. Great personality!

5.00If you’re not adventurous then this is not for you ! But if you want An amazing exhilarating time , adventure with nature and An amazing staff that keeps you laughing and smiling then this is the way to go!! Humberto and his crew were absolutely amazing . Would definitely recommend and we would do it again !!! 10/10

5.00This was a quality experience - ultimately very well organized, super friendly staff, and fun activities! We made a lot of good memories this trip, very happy with it. It was a little confusing after getting out of the shuttle but we were quickly and well taken care of, and were promptly whisked away to start our adventures. Not a lot of "hurry up and wait" as can be common in big group activities. They will try and sell you on upgrades and photos, we were skeptical at first but we ended up being very happy with the pictures and experience overall. This was our family's favorite activity out of our entire Cancun trip!

5.00Flash and Nacho were amazing ! The whole tour was super fun and interactive. I jumped in the cenote twice and I can’t swim but Nacho was right there to help. The whole thing was 10/10 . Recommend going w/ friends.
