The fourwheelers are really run down. They were breaking down left and right during the trail rides. The zip lining and cenotes were okay. They are really rushy and don't get much time at each event.

Beginner level for ATV. More ride around dirt track than jungle excursion. Our guide was confusing. We thought we were to leave our stuff at lockers then ended up without bathing suits for Cenote. Told to leave behind everything again and then had No sunglasses or goggles for atv ride. Lots of sales pitches and upselling which got annoying quickly. Four hours was actually over 7 with transport. Which was a long wait to depart. The “meal” included only two small tacos. Again upselling for any food or drinks which was extra cost.

We had a blast during this tour! The admission fee was fair for what we received, which was a half day of packed fun. The cenote swims are always a highlight, and getting to zipline and ATV through the jungle was such a treat! Our tour guide Marlon was fun and helpful and we got great pictures from the photo team.

So, I'll start from the beginning: We paid over $200 USD for this, and got the Gold Pass. We booked through our hotel, and got picked up from there. The ride was fine, everything was going great until we got there. Immediately they try to upsell. A simple, "Just to let you guys know, you have the option to upgrade today. There are amazing perks like the food included! I'd love to share the info with you so you can make that decision. Would you like to hear about it?" Would have been amazing. But instead we were stuck in an 8 minute speech immediately, and told we better upgrade for $59 USD per person or else we'd be spending more today (spoiler alert, we did not.) So, our mood is a little soured. I don't mind them giving us the option, but it felt really intense. Next. There's no information on how to prepare for this trip. Why? Because they try to sell you more. PS. You don't need any of it. My flip flops survived the entire trip. My sunglasses worked fine on the quads. And the face covering wasn't necessary at all. If you want it, that's totally fine. But we felt pressured into buying it. It would at least be nice to tell people: towels, sunglasses, water shoes, swimsuit, change of clothes, water, and snack, are recommended. However options (except clothing) are available for purchase and rental at the shop. Unfortunately these things were all expensive, and kind of useless. I had bare feet at the Cenote and had a blast. On the positive, the Cenote was amazing. We had a group where not everyone swam so it wasn't too crowded. The zipline was so fun, and I think my husband jumped from the cliff like 10 times. It was only 20 minutes but I enjoyed it a lot. The workers were great and had good fun with us too, safety here was good! I won't even get into the whole pictures thing, because I get it's a business and they still let us take our phone to the area just not in the water. So I didn't mind. Now, where things go down hill again. Tequila tasting was involved, but my husband and I don't drink. And all the kids there were just stuck waiting around. It would be cool if there was something, even like a game for us to do while we waited. On top of that, the tequila tasting is mostly just there so they can sell tequila. I'm sure the history and everything was cool to learn about, but they almost seemed mad we didn't wanna be part of it. So after sitting around waiting, we were then rushed to the zipline. I've been on sketchier ziplines that were still safer. There out here herding us like cows, and packing us onto platforms with no room, as they just send another person down the line. One after another we were sent down, and I purposely hesitated a few times to make sure they safely got the person in front of me off the line, before I went, but I got snapped at for it. Literally only waited 3 seconds more. I did this because the zipline before, I literally almost crashed into the people infront of me because they were still attached to the line and only had 2 seconds before they got them off and I was stopped. My husband behind me also hesitated for the same reason, also got snapped at, but if he didn't hesitate, there's a good chance he would have crashed into me. I couldn't enjoy it at all simply because I was so worried for everyone's safety, my own included. If it was just slowed down a little, it would have been fun! Safety here was not good. Oh and I also got taken off the safetyline before even making off the bridge. That wasn't cool. And lastly, my least favourite was the quads. Now, I've been quading lots. I've enjoyed the heck out of it. This was just painful. We pretty much all thought it was gonna be a jungle quad ride, one where we could see the jungle and enjoy the experience. Truly though, it was just an extremely pothole filled dirt road. The blisters I got from the bars, and burns I got from the quad were nasty. I highly recommend long pants if you don't intend on driving. It was just the same loop, and honestly, I know some of it will be up to personal preference, but this certainly wasn't enjoyable as a passenger. My husband had more fun driving. Safety for this one was not good. They didn't cover it well. There was a brief mention of hand signs at the start. And then nothing when we actually got to the quads. Also my helmet just didn't fit. And one of the young girls in the group lost hers off her head. So this experience was what really killed it for me. Lastly however, we were sat down and asked for tips. I don't mind a simple "Thank you everyone for coming. I just want to let you know, although not mandatory, tips are highly appreciated and contribute to everyone working here today. So if you had a great time, and I kept you alive, this box here is for tips! Thank you!" But no. We were told a speech, and how much we could tip him. $5 per person, but $10 would be even better! Then held the tip box to us and asked for them as we passed him, and got visibly upset when we did not (don't get me wrong. I like tipping servers/drivers, but this was just so much asking for money for something we paid for already). On top of that, we couldn't get our locker deposit back ($5 each) - until after they asked for tips. Lastly was the snack/show. Now, the snack in my opinion was delicious, but it was a snack fit for a child. 2 tiny tacos. Everything else was expensive. If you're getting the gold pass for the food option, it's just not worth it. And then there was the show. But truly I won't write a review on that itself, more just the fact a short time later, the actors came down to each table asking for tips. They were very kind when I told them we brought no money though. So I have no bad comments about them. Then! And finally. We waited, and waited, and did a little more waiting. It was hot, people were irritated, and we were tired. Finally they released us. We had the same driver for the way home, and I have no bad comments about him, he was cool. The van had AC. It was all good. If only they would have put the cenote at the end, after getting hot and sweaty from the other adventures, a quick rinse and the cenote would have made the trip so much more enjoyable. Either way, I rest my case. I really hate the fact we paid as much as we did, and we were constantly asked for more. Photos also cost, but that's pretty standards for activities like this so I'm not gonna say anything. We just didn't buy them. But yeah, that's all. I wouldn't do this one again. A whole lot of being rushed. Then rushed to wait. And waiting to be rushed lol! Either way, I'd personally choose a different adventure to attend.

States it's 4 hours, but when you get there they state it's around 6 hours. I think it would be better if you purchased the longer tour which would be nice to know when booking instead of trying to upsale at the destination. Food was a joke for people just paying for the tour. If you purchase a meal at the hall it actually looked like a meal instead of 2 sad little tacos. Also "lunch" is at 5pm for the 1:30 tour. The activities were fun just not the best experience dealing with the poor communication beforehand.

I have a lot of mixed thoughts about this excursion so hear me out. The first hour and a half was awful and the last few hours were pretty fun although some parts were underwhelming. Overall, the lower price I think we got what we paid for. Some things to be aware of that were very frustrating and potentially dangerous was we didn’t eat at our resort before leaving because the listing says it includes lunch. We get there and the lady checking us in says that we get a SNACK and it’s at the END of the entire thing. So we went about 7 hours without eating whiling doing more higher energy activities. They also said you couldn’t take anything with you including water which felt concerning of if we were going to get water the entire time which made me nervous. Turns out they did have pitchers of water about halfway through thankfully so that turned out okay. You also walk in and they immediately try to get you to spend more money by upgrading. I don’t know the cost of the upgrade but I know if it’s the one with more zip lines and bridges, that wouldn’t be worth it but for unlimited food and drinks possibly worth it but I still wouldn’t do it. Then we started with zip lines and one bridge which by the way the bridge is tiny to the point we were questioning if that was the actual bridge. And we also stood there for probably around 30 minutes while they let some other group do multiple zip lines and we stood there on the steps wondering what the heck was even going on the entire time. Then did the zip lines which was fine but nothing too long. Then we went to the ATVs which was fine. Then rode a transport to the cenote a little ways which was by far the best part and only reason this review got as many stars as it did. Really was a fun time and beautiful! Then transport back and had our 2 tacos that I thought was listed as an authentic Mayan food but was definitely pre frozen fish fillets stuck on a small taco shell with 4 pieces of coleslaw and took a whole minute to eat both. All other food was beyond pricey and seeing it come out you could see they actually put effort into but i still wouldn’t have ordered due to the price. They also make you pay for lockers which I thought was absolutely ridiculous considering you had no choice but to leave your stuff there as you couldn’t take it on any of the excursions besides the cenote. Lastly, the transport I feel the driver was very friendly but also the ride was miserable as there was little to no airflow and he wouldn’t allow us to open the windows and it was packed full. Overall wouldn’t go again but the cenote was great and the people were nice enough but a lot of upselling and disappointment and the biggest issue was that the listing lied and left us feeling so hungry I truly was worried I might pass out.

We booked a group of 10 while we were in Cancun. Here’s an honest overview of the day..pickup was a breeze. Great bus and driver. At drop off they took our pic. All smiles! Then we go in the gate..first stop, hard upsell. Buy a better package for another $80ish usd per person and you get more ziplines and food. We did not. Thank God. Next stop, their store so you can buy their water shoes, bandana, sunglasses, etc. We opted out. Next stop, get your locker. $10 and you get $5 back at the end. They will NOT allow you to bring your phone (because they want to sell you their pictures). Next stop ziplines. Fun enough but unimpressive if you’ve got zipline experience. These are about 20 foot high and go over the roads and restaurants and some trees. Nothing spectacular. Next stop ATV tour - if you have any experience with ATVs you will not like this. This is not a jungle tour. They lead you literally down the electric line easement road that is just dry, dusty, huge bumps down about a mile and you make 3 circles back and forth on this road. There is no jungle trek or nature feel except the trees next to you. I understood no mud because it’s dry season but the fact that they didn’t go thru the jungle or on any trails or to see any sites was very disappointing. Everyone said no when they asked if we want to do one more round. Absolutely miserable ATV tour. Next stop tequila tasting. This was fun and you can buy their tequilas at the end. Next stop an open air bus ride to the Cenote. Best part of the trip. Open air bus was nice. Pretty water and we swam for about 30 minutes. You can zipline and or jump off into the water. Last stop back to the main area for your included food and show. 2 tacos with very little meat and a few onions and a quick show. This is where they sell you the photos, we had a group of 10 and paid 200 total for all our 348 photos. Food tasted good but it was bare minimum and no water or any drink included. Everything is an upsell. Always asking for tips. Then finally back to our hotel and I was so ready for my message so I could unwind from a disappointing day. I would NOT do this again if someone paid me to go.
