You will be driven to a place where you will prepare for the ride and will get the ATV. From this point (Llanogrande) we will start a 2 hours ride in the countryside surrounded by nature and big mansions where all the wealthy people live. You will ride across small paths and a forest where you can take awesome photos. The speed of the tour depends of your experience and skills.

Disorganized, frustrating, and not worth the money or time.

1.00We booked a 2-hour ATV tour that was supposed to begin at 2:00 PM, but it didn’t actually start until almost 5:00 PM. We were stuck waiting around their facility for nearly 3 hours with no explanation, updates, or compensation — just sitting there wasting time. Once we finally got going, it only got worse. The equipment was clearly not maintained. ATVs broke down at least 9 separate times — chains coming off, dead batteries, engines stalling, and even some running out of gas. The constant breakdowns completely ruined the flow of the tour. Our actual ride time was shortened to 90 minutes instead of the 2 hours we were promised, and it became a safety issue. At one point, we were completely stranded in the middle of the woods, in pitch black darkness, and ATVs that wouldn’t start. It was very unprofessional. We didn’t get back to our hotel until 9:30 PM, almost 8 hours after the tour was scheduled to begin. The entire experience felt like a complete waste of time, and more importantly, it felt unsafe. The guides did their best with what they had, but the company’s lack of organization, poor maintenance, and disregard for customers’ time and safety were inexcusable. I would absolutely not recommend this tour to anyone.

5.00The crew was very attentive to everyone's needs. They were very concerned with everyone's safety. I suggestion would be to tell their customers that the drinks and snacks near the end are not complimentary. No problem paying, but should be told up front. I will go again with friends.

5.00Absolutely incredible experience. From picking us up in Poblado, getting us there safely and patient with us. Plus our tour guide was amazing !! We practiced for maybe 60 seconds and headed out to the rolling hills by road and then to the forest. We got to go as fast as we wanted and weren’t rushed at all. I’m not going to lie this was the highlight of my trip to Medellín! Highly recommend!!
