    I liked the places the driver took us but most were outside the city. The driver did very little speaking. . He had an AI vioice do it and the voice was very bland.

    Our family had a great day exploring Auckland with David. He was prompt, had great communication prior to our booking and the day of our tour. We were able to see a lot of highlights in a short amount of time. I recommend. Added bonus… he took lots of group photos for us!

    Great way to see some of Aucklands beautiful sights & views with only having 1 day in Auckland. Our tour guide Park was fabulous. He was fun, Knowledgeable, very personable, & accommodating . Highly recommend him & this small group tour.

    I was on a Carnival cruise ship headed to Auckland, New Zealand. I had a 9:00am city tour booked through Viator for my husband & I and three of our friends. Fog delayed the ship landing until 10:30 or so. The captain had announced this at about 8am. (It was really foggy!) I texted the tour operator and he said that he would have to cancel..Viator said the same. i understand cancelling, but why no refund? I will never book with Viator again for a cruise. It is unacceptable not to refund your money when it was not our fault.
