The tour operator was not familiar with the cruise port had to give him directions to pick us up. He had very bad broken English and a passenger had to help him with translation.

Best things: 360 view at the top of Mt Eden. Seeing and explanation for the historic spindle houses. Seeing Tui birds. Sam was very good as driver and guide.

we got started late, because the other passengers from the cruise ship didn't show up. However our driver-guide Talia showed us many great spots and drove to the tip of theMt.Eden. we really appreciated her kindness and the thoughtfulness. Otherwise my sister couldn't keep up walking with us.
