1.00Book direct with the hotel, we booked a Palm view and the money we paid would have bought us a 1st row luxury bed Palm view, instead we got shoved on a seat in a corner with a partial Burj Khalifa view(unfortunately we already have this view from our hotel, so not exciting!) Absolute rip off!!!

5.00Beautiful views we opted to book the palm view but spent little time on our bed. We mainly walked round taking in the scenery. The changing areas were first class to and all staff very friendly. Will definitely return.
