I’m a very easy-going person, a food lover and I’m interested in all kinds of arts, currently working and living in Sofia. The culinary world of my country is very rich, and our recipes for homemade desserts are extremely interesting.
I want to share my experience and give you the opportunity to try some of the most delicious homemade Bulgarian pastries and desserts.
For the curious sweet lovers and even for the chefs, this experience would be very interesting and memorable.

*** Great for groups and team-building *** We’ll meet at “secret” location in the middle of the city center, just steps away from the main Serdika metro station. Our place is very unique and it has an authentic and aristocratic style! Elegant music and vintage atmosphere will accompany you while we offer you a taste of 4 carefully prepared homemade traditional Bulgarian desserts. The tasting also includes – local healing tea with farmer’s honey and traditional Bulgarian drink – boza. During the experience you will hear a lot of stories about our desserts, sweets, tea and history. This will make your experience very pleasant and memorable and you’ll have the pleasure to taste the sweet side of Bulgaria!

5.00Rhodes' hospitality was exemplary, he welcomed us with sympathy and prepared us a nice assortment of Bulgarian desserts, all homemade, that you will not find in the bakery! Great experience!

5.00It was great! Very nice desserts, honey, rakia and coffee. The host is very warm and knowledgeable. We learned a lot of history, about the desserts and Bulgaria in addition to tips for other locations in the country. The desserts amounts were more than enough!
It’s very goof experience to taste Rakia when you arrive Sofia . It’s a goof experience. Relax space,Owner is kindly guy

5.00It was great experience with hight quality. We joined two tour of tasting . One is desert and other one is Rakia.(liquor)he introduced the ingredients of dessert and tell us the current main dessert for each age of People .I love pistacho milk cheese and chocolate cake (it’s Ferrer chocolates taste and crunchy ). We are happy to drink and know Rakia. There are diffident levels and it needs to drink one by one. Some one is with fresh fruit and sweet. Some one is with grape ,plum or apricots. It’s really good and not chemical smell. Must be to join if guys are like to drink or something special. Also have to try both activities. I will take my mom if we go back to Travel next time .

5.00I had a great time trying these delicious bulgarian desserts! The host Yoanna is very sweet and was giving lots of information about the food, but also Bulgaria in general and recommended lots of things I could do for the rest of my stay! An advice for future visitors (speaking out of experience) don’t eat lunch beforehand! Otherwise you won’t be strolling through Sofia, but rolling! 😂 Thanks again 🫶🏽

5.00Delicious and amazing! The desserts were unique and different from the common Banitsa or Mekitsi. The best part was learning more about the host and what life is like in Bulgaria. The host was also amazing by giving recommendations of more authentic Bulgarian food aside from the ones you experience here with them!
