Totally fun experience. My kids are always asking me to teach them to cook things so this hands on pizza making class was great for all ages. A little hard to find but once we did it was great. Our teacher was funny and the pizza was great

Maurizio, kept us fully entertained while teaching us to make pizza. It's all in the ingredients, and just the right kind and amount of kneading. Our group had around 12 members, which made it a manageable size. We started by preparing the pizza dough from scratch up to the point that it's ready to be put in the fridge for fermenting. As we didn't have 24 hours to wait, we were given some pizza dough that had been pre-prepared and rested with which to complete the exercise. (Apparently the stuff we'd prepared is used to make bread and shared with the homeless). We took the dough, spread it (with just the right amount of force) into a crusted circle, then added blended San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella and a few leaves of basil. The pizzas were popped into the oven at 400 degrees C and were ready in less than two minutes. We ate our plates of thin-crusted deliciousness accompanied by a drink selected from a list with wine and soft-drink options. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Naples.
