5.00It was good one-day trip, but would have been excellent if not raining. It was quite crowded, but not too bad. Food buffet was also great. Our guide Anton was great with planning and took us around despite rain and showed around everything.

5.00Viator kept in contact and delivered the tour agreed upon. We were able ro contact them and Decatours were great- Bee and the driver were so accommodating.

5.00We had an excellent time with Fiona who showed us around, took great photos of us and was full of energy despite the terrible weather. She also recommended we get the VIP pass (lowest option) to skip the lines which was a life-saver with our 2-year old. Unfortunately, the weather was foggy and rainy, so we didn’t get to see the views properly, but we still went round and managed to see them from up close.

4.00Overall, we had a great experience at Ba Na Hills, even though it was raining all day. Our tour guide Bee was wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Since it was a private tour, she catered the schedule to our preferences and made sure our small group stayed close together while walking through the crowds in the rain. Bee and our driver also provided water bottles and ponchos (plastic rain coats) for us, which we appreciated. I liked that the tour included admission fees for the cable cars and the buffet lunch as well. The buffet was delicious and featured a wide variety of Vietnamese and Korean dishes. I would recommend this private tour, especially with Bee. I could only give 4/5 stars for our experience because we couldn’t see much of the bridge or the city views at Ba Na Hills due to the rain and fog, which I know was outside of everyone’s control. We made the most of the tour though!

4.00Ba Na Hills is situated an hour away from Hoi An. It’s a hill range which is accessed only by cable cars. We saw around 6 to 7 parallel cable car systems to take people to the top of the hill and back. The cable car is the longest in the world taking almost 17 to 20 mins. one way (depending upon weather conditions). You need to walk around 12 to 15 mins. before you board the Cable car The cable car we took brought us straight to the top level. We immediately proceeded to the 2nd cable car which is a short 4 mins. rose to climb down a bit to see the Golden Bridge which is the main attraction of the Ba Na Hills. Given that it was pouring, windy and cold we hardly could spend time outside. We again climbed up the top level by the short cable car. Once here you have many things to do. The main attraction is the Sunworld Theme Park which is a gigantic 3 storeyed structure. You can enjoy rides at your own pace and time. There's a local Beer Brewery where you get two free glasses of beer. Lastly the ticket we bought included lunch. To our surprise there's a full buffet of Indian food in this restaurant on top. The non-vegetarians had plenty of options to choose from. The food quality is not the best but the fact that you get so much Indian food at a place like this itself is something. They serve our traditional Milk Chai which was essential on a day when it was cold and damp outside. Post lunch we took the cable car back to the base station and returned to our hotel in Hoi An by 4.30. As it was pouring, we didn't step out that evening. One must carry a raincoat or a poncho while visiting Ba Na Hills as it usually rains. Not to forget carrying jacket plus full sleeves clothes as the temperature dips quite frequently

5.00On the day of the tour the weather was very rainy and with a lot of fog. Even so, the walk was amazing! The golden bridge had a low visibility, but we managed to take great advantage because there is a very wide variety of activities. The park and the 5D cinema were very fun. The ride on the cable car was very nice and our guide Stella was very attentive and kind. I would love to come back at another time, in a sunny period.

5.00The weather for us was cloudy and at the top of the mountain it was raining and 17 degrees, so not that warm. But as I understand from the tour guide this is expected in the rainy season. So if you are going up there in a rainy season definitely take a jacket! But the tour was amazing, the guide was very helpful and knew the answer to every question you ask! I recommend going there, it is beautiful!

Even making sure that we found our shuttle bus to return from port gate to ship. Lyn was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. 5.00We took a Private Tour to Ba Na Hills and around Da Nang with Dacotours, it was great. Bee and the driver were wonderful! We were able to 'tailor' the tour to suit our interests and needs ,along with Bee's expert guidance and knowledge. They were very thoughtful and accommodating. We received clear confirmation and information prior to the tour and were even driven back to our cruise ship's gangway. We highly recommend this tour! Anthony
