Before cooking, you’ll stroll through a lush spice and herb garden, where you’ll see, touch, and smell the fresh ingredients that are essential to Balinese cuisine. Knowledgeable local guides explain the uses of traditional herbs and spices such as galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, chili, and aromatic roots and leaves used in everyday Balinese cooking and traditional remedies.
After the garden visit, you’ll learn step by step how to prepare a selection of classic Balinese dishes
After the cooking session, you will enjoy the dishes you have prepared together with the chef in a comfortable dining setting.
