5.00Bali Natural tours facilitated our rafting trip with Bali Bintang Rafting and transport to and from our hotel. Our driver, Ahdi, was a very professional driver and friendly young man. He told us a lot about the local culture and attractions on the trip to Ubud. He even helped out with buying us a local sim card while we were out, and did a detour on the way home for a coffee stop. The rafting was great fun and it was very beautiful seeing the jungle from down on the river. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend Bali Natural Tours.

5.00We booked the white water rafting with Bali Natural Tours. The driver arrived early, texted us through WhatsApp that he had arrived and had to wait 10 minutes for us to be ready (at the agreed time). He of course had no issues with this and greeted us with a smile and quite good English. When driving to the rafting center, he explained the different things we drove past and also how the day was planned and laid out for the rafting. We arrived at the rafting center and signed the required paperwork and received the equipment and lockers (with key) for our personal items. After a short drive with the rafting centers truck we arrived to stairs going down to the river. Once down at the river we received a quick explanation from the guide with signals and all. Then we proceeded down the river in the raft. Halfway in we stopped at a pit stop where we could buy beer or other drinks (jungle bintang! :)). Then the tour continued downriver until we reached the end. We walked some more stairs to get up to the road again and then loaded into a truck to take us back to the dive center. The guide was very friendly and we had a great day. Lunch was provided when we arrived back at the center and when we had finished that the driver took us back to the hotel. Everyone was very happy with the service we received, and the information we got from Bali Natural tours as well. I think it went as smooth as it could. Thank you!

5.00I met Gusti from Bali Natural Tours in March 2018 on my first trip to Bali. Gusti was ready and waiting for us at the airport for a smooth transition to the hotel, and then planned and organised a group day out for us in Ubud. We went white water rafting in The Ayung River, followed by an amazing massage at Ubud Traditional Spa. Gusti accompanied us all day - making it stress free traveling too and from each location. We were able to leave all our belongings with him during our activities and felt safe knowing they would be looked after. I highly recommend booking through Bali Natural Tours for a truly unforgettable experience.
